Great location in the centre of Bruges. Excellent facilities and very polite and helpful staff. Ask to stay in old hotel which has been tastefully refurbished. We will definitely return. If you need to use their underground parking lot make sure to phone ahead as it has limited spaces.

A 12 euro taxi ride from the station, but worth it as very central location for historic centre and can pop back to the hotel in the day if necessary. It is worth having a drink in the bar before bed as opulent surroundings and no more expensive than the restaurants and bars. Breakfast is 5 star. Excellent customer service in the bar and at breakfast. I would stay definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Quality room was absolutely fine. No specific view or historic features but perfectly comfortable an...

A lovely hotel set within a 5 minute walk of the main bruges centre.Good size room with all the normal facilities you expect. An excellent buffet style breakfast with a vast array of food to choose from. All the staff were friendly and although the beers were expensive they were no more costly than you would pay in other city centre hotels. If you intend to visit bruges this hotel is well worth considering as your base

We arrived by car at the hotel and were able to park in their basement for a reasonable fee. The lobby resembles an old palace but most of the rooms are in an annex which is quite modern. Our room had a nice view of the canal and was quite comfortable. The hotel location is ideal, only a 2 minute walk from Berg and Markt but quite enough where you don't feel like your are living in a tourist trap. Breakfast was included with our room rate and was really nice for a buffet breakfast.

Found this hotel thru Satnav fairly easy but had trouble finding the underground car park. Very friendly reception staff helped me out and even volunteered to come with me on my last attempt. Staff were all very friendly throughout our stay and no complaints at all. Rooms were very clean and the bed was great so no problems sleeping. The only complaint I have is with the cost of Breakfast 25 Euros each when you can get it from * euros 50 cents in the twon. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. Nice surroundings and well laid out but for my money too high a cost. There are plenty of resteraunts and cafes offering the same for a lot less. But all said and done a pleasure staying in the Hotel and not far from anything you want to see.

Room Tip: We had a room in the new part of the Hotel and it was very comnfortable. Overlooking a car park but...

Very centrally located with large rooms and huge bedrooms. A mix of old and new decor and the building itself is quite grand. Staff were friendly and the bar tender in particular.

Breakfast was provided and was good quality. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are dozens and dozens nearby.

The main square was just a minute or two away by foot, and everything else was quite walkable. We caught a taxi to and from the train station for about 9 euros each way.

My tip would be to check the specials on the hotel website. It was not only cheaper than any of the booking sites, but we had a couple of free drinks included.

Room Tip: There seems to be a few areas of the hotel that require you to negotiate a few stairs. If you have m...

We stayed here for two nights using their 'Enjoy Bruges' package, which included a glass of Cava and breakfast. We walked to the hotel from the train station, which was a nice introduction to Bruges. It's a beautiful city, and we will definitely return. Our bedroom was nicely furnished, and the bathroom was very stylish. We had a nice view out across the river. The bar was great, though quite expensive (this is common throughout Bruges) and breakfast was amazing, catering to numerous tastes. We enjoyed going down to the wellness area, which includes loungers, as well as sauna/steam room facilities. This was a welcome break after exploring the city during the day. We tended to go down around 4/5pm in our robes, although loungers were snapped up quickly. Bruges was very busy when we were there so restaurants were often booked up. The staff at reception were happy to help us with bookings for both nights. We will certainly return to Bruges, and if we can get it at a reasonable price, this hotel will be top of our list.
