My wife and I happened across this little Salon on a rainy afternoon in Bruges. We had a cappuccino and a tea, and it cost €9 - expensive but well worth it, and we went back for more the next day. Each drink came with a delicious shortbread biscuit and a swirl of chocolate mousse. We could see this was a place to have lunch, and the food aroma was delicious. The Salon is run by two gentlemen who present themselves, their food and drink, and the premises, in pristine and neat style. If you're looking for a restaurant for dinner, ask here. They recommended Lieven to us and it was terrific.
