We were walking around the city saturday evening in a search of a nice dinner in Bruges for at least an hour and were happy to find this place. We had shrimps with garlic and they brought it right from the oven, really good. We could not miss the dessert too, a homemade warm apple pie. The staff were very nice and helpfull. We enjoyed our dinner there and I do not even mention the view, one of the best in Bruges.
Definitely recommended!!

Very pleased to find a café with an amazing view, lots of covered outside seating, friendly staff and good food. In some cafes in Bruges I had felt rushed however we relaxed here as the staff were so friendly (though not intrusive). We had beers and some cheese so can't comment on the cooked food.

In for a spot of lunch and to get out of the rain.
We both asked for onion soup. My wife then ordered the cheese croquettes whilst I settled fort the ham and cheese toastie.
Service was quick and good as was the food.
The waiter spoke good english and offered great advice on the varied Belgian beers.
Good for light lunch.

Thank Terence P

Lovely little brasserie situated quite centrally with fantastic views of the Belfry and canals. We picked the set dinner menu at 18 euros and that together with a beer each came to just over 60 euros. Not bad in a city where dining out is very expensive. It was good to see the locals enjoying a few drinks over two card games that were underway when we arrived. Friendly service and very good food. A lovely homemade tomato soup, deliciously tender chicken and an ice-cream desert was just what the doctor ordered on a November evening. We dropped in again the following day for a quick coffee and were recognised straight away and welcomed like old friends. I would definitely recommend as a place where the locals go as well as visitors and tourists and, although not cheap, a good value dinner.

They are serving really nice steak. We wanted to visit a place that holds the essential Burges vibe, I can say that we have found it. The view also very nice, go and give it a shot.
