My wife and I loved this well located hotel with its superb and friendly service. The description "excellent " fits all aspects of this hotel. It is a dignified luxury hostelry providing a resful haven after a day in the beautiful town and in the morning there is the joy of a wonderful breakfast.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the most gorgeous part of Brugge. The staff there are amazing, professional, thoughtful and the attention to detail is exquisite (right down to the note left on your pillow telling you the weather for the next day!). Breakfast is a gourmet feast, I have been craving the delicacies since I checked out. First class and I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel.

My boyfriend surprised me with a long weekend trip to Bruges. As if that wasn't enough, on stepping foot inside the Pand Hotel, I was blown away.
It's in a perfect location a stone throw away from restaurants, bars and the canal. The staff are polite, helpful and smiley. The hotel itself is beautiful with it's boutique feel and charming decor.
Breakfast is a treat! Table service with a friendly waitress who will cook your eggs on the kitchen's Aga, a glass of champagne and a wonderful choice of pastries and bread.
Our room was so pretty, an old fashioned four poster bed with a modern bathroom.

I loved it. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely recommend it for couples.

The Pand hotel is situated in the heart of this old city and is a perfect place to experience the delights that Brugge has to offer.

The hotel is intimate and cosy and the bedroom was spacious, elegantly furnished and well priced. The staff are first class, especially Rebecca on reception, who recommended excellent restaurants and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We really felt that we got 5 star treatment as guests. Dont forget to try the Pand breakfast, it is the most delicious treat and I can guarantee you will not have experienced another one like this in any hotel you have stayed at.

We are certainly going to be returning soon.

Room Tip: Go for a Ralph Lauren junior suite, its worth very penny. In this hotel you don't need to worry...

3 days in the 18th century - felt like we were staying in a mansion instead of a hotel and we were overnight guests of a wealthy merchant family. As we found out - the hotel was a mansion and family owned - unfortunately not our family. Close to everything - the most photographed place in Burges was around the corner - bistros and cafes to slate our thirst - restaurants to appease our taste - court yards and museums, canals and churches, just foot steps away. The tree lined street afforded a welcomed barrier from the traffic and people noise. The junor suite we stayed in was tastefully appointed without being ostentatious - bathtub jacuzzi bubbled the aches and pains - balcony view enveloped the ambiance - stereo and DVD provided home theater - the full canopy bed snuggled us to sleep - the only thing that got us out of bed in the morning was the aroma of the fresh baked croissants coming from the kitchen. If you wished to be spoiled then this is as good as it gets for breakfast - linen tablecloth, coffee and tee served in sterling silver, eggs cooked to order, fresh squeezed orange juice, champagne, buttery croissants, and don't bother getting up for seconds, for that matter don't bother getting up as you are served at your table by your preparer. Was it worth the extra 17 euros? Every penny.

Front desk and service was attentive - courteous - and there to help - and they did at every turn and every request - without intruding - without making it obvious - just doing what needed to be done without putting their hand out for a gratuity. We needed an umbrella. The umbrella stand was empty - 2 minutes later we had one. The computer keyboard was "foreign" to ours - a second one was produced with the keys in the right place. A slight embarrassment required laundry facilities - fleshly washed and pressed were brought up to our room an hour later. All too often reality falls short of expectation - in this case our expectations were well exceeded. Only one small negative .. the sauna would have been nice - but 40 euros seemed a little over the top. When we inquired they explained it was private. Reading their webpage more carefully did indicate the additional charge - so only fault was mine. From a price-value ratio - the Pand Hotel deserves its 4th place standing of the 103 that were listed. We look forward to our next stay with them.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room - don't wait until you get there to see if they have one. Call them bef...

hotel very handy for centre of Brugge and all of the oth er " must view " sites. The hotel itself was very friendly and comfortable, only complaint was that our bathroom was a bit "cosy" however that is not a reason to downgrade points. We booked direct with the hotel and got good rates also booked direct with Eurostar and trip from Newcastle (a tip is to book early enough and go first class as this can work out cheaper than standard fare)The food and drink in Brugge is as you would expect FABULOUS.I would recomend this hotel to anyone thinking about a trip to Brugge

Room Tip: pick a larger room if you want more space in bathroom
