The pand hotel is on a beautiful street in a great location just about half a block from the hustle and bustle of bruge. It is beautifully decorated and the staff is most helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Did Eurostar to Brussels and then on to local train to Brugge. Very easy. Brugge is a beautiful old city, very easy to walk around and enjoy the sites. Did one of the boat trips first to see everything from the canals then hire some bikes the second day and went off round the windmill circuit and some of the backstreets.
Pand Hotel was excellent, staff could not do enough for you. Followed their recommendations for restaurants and bars every night great places and excellent food away from the tourist areas. Ended up at the small bar by the Pand and the canal for a nightcap every night. Hotel very central to everything. Great trip.

Room Tip: Superior rooms small but fine did not look at the junior suites.

A wonderful place, nestled in one of the small streets Bruges is famous for, run by family ownership. The beautifully furnished and decorated Ralph Lauren junior suite was just the place to relax after our days of visiting the city. The only thing I thought was not quite perfect was the size of the bathroom: a bit small.
Breakfast was super, with a lady preparing our breakfast to perfection and tending to our every culinary wish on a beautiful aga stove. We loved it all and we will be back.

Read all the reviews on Tripadvisor and managed to book a good deal through Eurostar. Was not disappointed.I asked for gluten free bread and soya milk and it was not a problem. We had a deluxe room which had a view of the Church of our Lady great !!!! room very quiet but what makes this hotek is the staff.Th e lady who served the breakfast was superb nothing was too much trouble. We thought the breakfast at 17 euro was good value as this could include a glass of champagne if you wanted it .The position is also great near to all sights but wonderfully quiet. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We stayed in Suite 207, a jr. suite overlooking the back (technically, a large room, not a suite). We could see the Belfrey and the spire of the Church of Our Lady from the window, and there was a small balcony. The room was clean and nicely decorated — couch, chairs, writing desk, coffee table. The bed was comfortable with convenient nightstands. The room was quiet (except for rude neighbors, not the hotel’s fault). The bathroom was beautiful (separate toilet), with plenty of good quality towels. There was a stall shower (a bit small, could be an issue for a large person but not for us), two sinks, plenty of room for toiletries, very nice bathroom amenities (I used their shampoo the entire time, which I almost never do.) A little more light at the sink would have been nice, but was not a big problem. A/C / climate system was the quietest of any hotel room we've ever been in (and we've been in many); I don't know how they do it. And it happened to be set just right; I don't think we adjusted it once in five days. There was plenty of hanging space and hangars, but no drawers for clothes and only a few shelves. If you have a lot of stuff, you might find yourself living out of your suitcase somewhat. But we had packed light - a first for us - so it wasn't an issue. Reading lights on both sides of the bed were a nice feature. A complimentary large bottle of sparkling water was a nice touch.

The full breakfast was sublime — beautiful setting, delicious food (eggs cooked to order, breads, cheeses, pancetta (I think), coffee, orange juice, water...), very friendly service. The continental breakfast, just coffee and breads, was also quite good (and half the price).

The front desk staff was also the concierge, and we probably relied on them more than on any trip we've been on. (We also tipped them more!) Restaurants, tour suggestions, reservations — they always came through for us.

The location is outstanding. It's just off a canal, but down a quiet side street, close to the Burg and Mrkt squares. The lobby is small but attractive, and there are a couple of sitting rooms just off of it. There is also a small bar, from which we got a beer and glass of wine one evening (not a great selection of either; seems more for liquor drinkers) and where the continental breakfast is served.

I can't think of a higher compliment than we were very sorry to leave. That applied to Bruges as well.

Room Tip: The full breakfast is expensive but wonderful. The continental breakfast is a good, much less expen...

Very close to everything and yet in a peaceful tree-lined street, the Pand hotel provides an oasis of calm amidst the popular sights of Bruges. No request is too difficult to handle for the staff who charming welcome you with bonhomie. The suites are well appointed and relaxing with king-size comfortable beds, enigmatic decoration and luxurious bathrooms. Whilst in a city that revels in a multitude of ways to let you entertain your taste buds it seems only right that the breakfasts are of a quality that would be difficult to surpass.

Beautiful quiet street in Bruges yet next to all the sights.

What a lovely welcome from very professional and friendly staff.

My car was put to sleep in a garage next to the hotel front door excellent.

We were welcomed with coffee and chocolates with small deserts to follow, how lovely.

Our junior suite was on the top floor with a lovely view over the roof tops of Bruges from all our windows.

Breakfast was the best we had during our driving trip through France staying at top Chateaus.

We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Room Tip: Junior Suites are bigger and the top floor gives great views.
