The surroundings are a fully restored 15/17th Century town house with furniture and decorative items chosen by or specialy commissioned by the owner. The china, cutlery and glassware are all of the highest standard and really more to be expected in a wealthy private house than a restaurant. The sevice is discrete but attentative and very knowlegable both about the food and the history of the house. Lastly the food is exquisite, delicately prepared and attrctively presented. Unlike many restaurants, you will leave satisfied but not bloated. We have been coming to Bruges for fifteen years and this was our best dining experience yet.
