Very good place to stay in Bruges, right in the center and yet very quiet. Personnel is hepful and kind.
Rooms are nice, clean and bright. We had a view on the Burg which was great.
Breakfast is very good with a nuce variety. If nit included in the room price it will be charged at 23 euro, which is quite usual for these buffet breakfasts in large hitel chains.
I wiuld definurely stay there again in the future.

Very decent very centrally located business hotel, no great character or luxury as such but does the job without complaints. Review based on a one night stay in September (background of spending 80+ nights per year in different hotels around the globe).

Location:
Located in the immediate center of the city with numerous sights reachable by short walk. Many different bars & restaurants to choose from within a stone’s throw

Room:
Had a basic room at 7th floor facing the Burg square. Room was relatively roomy, nothing really spacious as such but certainly enough for a single traveller like me. The room was in a good shape, no stains etc anywhere. Basic equipment such as LCD TV, two bottles of water provided as complimentary.

Despite the central location I had no issues with noise from the street, neither there was any noise from the other rooms.

Etc:
Breakfast was quite good with big enough selection of hot & cold food.

Parking garage was rather tight as commented by others, especially the ramp. So I wouldn’t like to try it with any extended car, for our VW Passat there were no major issues though.

Would I return there?
Sure if I’m on business but for a romantic weekend I would go for something with bit more character preferably with a canal view

Ok - so if you're taking a trip to Bruges, you're looking for fairytale-like architecture, and old world charm. But you'll get that anywhere in Bruges. Stayed at the Hotel Warburg and had all of that - but slumping over the tub to take a shower and the locked door at night with no one working (it was off-season - I would recommend the Warburg but not a budget room) - and went up the street to the Crowne Plaza. Couldn't have made a better choice. You're going to get Old Europe at every turn in Bruges, a magical place for sure, but it was nice to come back to a modern hotel with modern amenities. No cigarette smoking of course, but I snuck down late one night and had one outside, chatted up the night manager, who then proceeded to give me a guided tour of the basement of the hotel, built where once stood a medieval cathedral, and incorporated within the lower level's foundation. Unfortuantely hidden to most of the public and ignored by guests, it was fascinating. Excellent service, reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, & one of the best staffs of any hotel in Europe. Closing the bar? Not if you want night-cap; happily kept open just for the two of us. Can't say enough of this fine hotel & it's courteous, go out of their way staff.

I drove to Bruges so I was looking for a central hotel with parking. After my sat nav took me the worst route ever to reach there, routing me through the centre of Antwerp I was glad to reach a comfortable hotel. Room was spacious and it was extremely central. Did not try the restaurants or bar, but as a base it was great.

Just back from a two night stay at the Crown Plaza. Travelled with my wifes parents and we all loved this hotel.

I booked it through eurobookings.com and got an outstanding deal for the two rooms.

Rooms were fabulous - very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Nice swimming pool and sauna on top floor but to me this hotel is all about quality and location.

Right in the middle of wonderful Brugge - and best of all car parking underneath the hotel.

Reception staff were extremely helpful -even lending umbrellas on the one morning it rained!

Didn't eat at the hotel as Brugge just has so many restaurants and cafes - but had a few drinks and found prices to be comparable with the rest of the area.

Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed here for four nights in September. Its central location in the Burg was ideal - the square is more elegant and quieter than the much busier Markt - a hundred metres away. We had a standard room on the 7th floor overlooking the square - the only major traffic noise being the clip clop of the horse drawn carriages. The room was a good size with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. One notable feature was the provision of a tea/coffee making facility - something we have not seen in France, Germany or Italy. We'd booked breakfast which was very good with a wide choice of hot/cold food. This was served in the Plaza Cafe which during the day serves as a very good pavement cafe. In the basement of the hotel are the well preserved ruins of St. Donats cathedral that stood on the site until it was demolished by French troops in the 18th century. On the 8th floor is an excellent swimming pool where you can work off the excesses of Belgian chocolates. We decided to eat at local restaurants of which there are a multitude. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
Overall an excellent place to stay for a short break.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the Burg square.
