We stayed at this hotel in November 2011 to celebrate a birthday and to visit the Christmas Market. We have stayed twice before and have always found the hotel staff to be helpful and the hotel to be of a good standard. This trip was no exception. We had a view of the canal (try to get a room on the front of the hotel). The room was very spacious with huge windows, so it was very light. The room also had large radiators, so was very cosy (it was freezing outside). The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square where there are a variety of good restuarants. We had dinner one evening at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent.

Bruges is a lovely place to visit for a romantic break and I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

We drove to Bruges and the hotel has ample secure underground parking.

Room Tip: A room on the front of the hotel has nice views of the canal

Lovely hotel with helpful & attentive staff. Excellent choice of food in 2 restaurants, Japanese & Italian. Far enough out of centre to be quiet but near enough to walk in to all major tourist attractions.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking gardens are quietest.

A comfortable hotel, few minutes walk from main square of Bruges. Our room was large and clean.
Staff very helpful. A varied selection for breakfast, however the hot selection was never hot only lukewarm at best. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay. In the public areas of the hotel free internet access available for 30 minutes sessions on obtaining an access code from reception.
In Bruges is a very wide range of cafes, restaurants etc.most offering a three course set menu for 16 euros upwards.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding helpfully to any request for information or service. The room was well cleaned. Our room was a little on the small side, but this wasn't really important as we were out most of the time exploring delightful Bruges. Our bed was extremely comfortable, there was a good enough range of channels on the tv - BBCs 1, 2 & news24 were all there. It was well located for exploring Bruges, being just a few minutes' walk from the centre & market square. We stayed here as part of a groupon deal and felt we got value for money.

The hotel really is in a central location a few minutes walk from the main square, yet with relatively easy access by car, from the ring road. There are some places where you can park free (all day) almost opposite the hotel (but check because most of the areas are metered).
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is functional, the breakfast itself the standard fare.
Would stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: The room I had initially on the ground floor has a window to a side street, which some people may wi...
