My wife and I had a terrible journey from England to Brugge via Eurotunnel due to long delays because of the cold weather, but all was forgotten the moment we walked into the Fevery Hotel. The owner Paul was as always very helpful and made us feel immediatly at home. The Fevery Hotel to us provides a far more personal service than the larger hotels as it is a family run hotel and the service is second to none.
With regard to location it is at a steady pace 8-10 minute walk to the main Markt square and only a few hundred yards from the ring road making it very easy to visit other parts of Belgium without having to go through the City.
If you travel by car you may wish to book either a secure parking space or garage both of which are avaliable at the Fevery just ask when booking, I mention this as there are parking restrictions in the majority of the City of Brugge.
If you are looking for a nice ,clean comfortable hotel with pleasant helpful staff look no further than the Fevery Hotel you wont regret it.

My daughter and I stayed here from 30 Nov to 3 Dec to visit the Christmas markets, coinciding with the worst weather they had had for a long time. The owner was very welcoming and helpful in directing us around Bruges. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable. Our rooms, including the bathroom, were spacious. The location was excellent, quiet but within easy walking distance of the shops and sights.

The canals and architecture make Bruges a very picturesque place, more so when blanketed by snow. We would certainly visit again at a different time of year and would certainly stay again at the Hotel Fevery.

This is a nice hotel with a great staff/ownership. The service was excellent and I believe the rooms were a great value. Its in a quieter part of Bruges but a short walk to anything you'd really hope to visit. It has a lift, which is nice - but note that if you have mobility issues, there a a few steep steps to get to your room after you leave the lift - as the elevator stops on the landing between floors.

Small family-run hotel with just 10 rooms in the peaceful St. Gillis area of central Bruges. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We had one of the attic rooms,an odd shape but a reasonable size (stairs narrow and steep though). TV and hairdrier provided. Excellent personalised service from manager Paul and staff, also a decent breakfast included in the (reasonable) price. A water cooler at reception was a nice touch too.
The Markt Square is a pleasant 15 minute walk and the city is a delight to explore.

Paul Asselman, the owner and host of our stay, was attentive, interesting and a great hotel manager. He has all the latest information of what's going on in Bruges, and he is very helpful in suggesting restaurants, arranging transportation, and sightseeing. He serves a wonderful breakfast with the best toast I have ever eaten. He helped on at least two occasions by going beyond what we would have asked of him, and he was gracious and cheerful when doing it. It was a winner of a hotel!

Hotel Fevery delivers on the reviews. Brugge can be expensive but the Hotel Fevery delivers on service, location and comfort without breaking a budget. This family run hotel offers the kind personable service that has been long forgotten in hospitality industry. We stayed in the two bedroom flat. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The walls are a little thin but this is only natural for the old world charm this hotel offers. The include breakfast had a good selection of breads, cheeses and meats. Paul, the manager, was very accommodating and his suggestions for things to do in Brugge and Brussels were very helpful. I am very much looking forward to visiting Brugge again in the future and the Hotel Fevery will be my choice.
