Owner description: The 115 metres high brick tower of the Church of Our Lady is a perfect illustration of the craftsmanship of Bruges' artisans. The church displays a valuable art collection: Michelangelo's world-famous Madonna and Child, countless paintings, 13th-century painted sepulchres and the tombs of Mary of Burgundy and Charles the Bold.
Useful Information: Wheelchair access

I know it's a church like any other, but it has a very beautiful architecture, and, it houses the Michelangelo sculpture Madonna and Child. I was really happy to have seen the sculpture. It's worth going there just to see the sculpture, given it's one of the most well known sculptures.

The church is currently undergoing restoration work and there was a lot of scaffolding about but it was still great to see the Madonna. It's 2 euros to get in to the section with Michaelangelo's statue but there are other bits and pieces to see too. Well worth popping in.

Went to see the statue Madonna and Child by Michelangelo after seeing the film The Monuments Men, Lots of artwork also on display. Worth a visit and only 2 euros. Part of the church cordoned off due to restoration work, but don't let that put you off.

This church has some amazing architecture. When I went, it was under some major construction, so prices to see Michelangelo's statue were reduced. I was disappointed at not being able to see Mary of Burgundy and Charles the Bold's graves. A lot of things were covered up for construction, but Michelangelo's Madonna was absolutely beautiful. One of his best, in my opinion. Even though most of the interior was blocked off, walking around the outside was beautiful. I would love to go back some day!

This church is very quiet and holy. The Michelangelo work on Madonna is clearly seen by visitor. No restriction on photo taking. It is definitely worth visiting to see such historical artwork and to have a sense of history. Very quiet and serene environment to pray and give thanks to the Lord
