The tiny interior to this church is a nice addition to the visit to watch ladies learn to make lace.

Nothing you can expect. Really a must, full of art. Everything is real and remembers you how futile life is.

You must see it to believe it. Just go and form your own opinion. Whatever anyone says or however it is described simply does not do it justice. My opinion was not positive but that simply doesn't matter. If I may borrow the expression: Just Do It!

I had seen the Jerusalem church featured in the film 'In Bruges' and was determined to track it down - it was worth the effort as so different to any of the many other churches in Bruges. Entry to church also included entry to the Lace Centre which was more of a disappointment as completely lacked any interpretation of the items displayed.

My wife was interested in seeing the lace museum but it was of minor interest to me so I wandered over to the Jerusalem Church. My wife was disappointed in the lace museum as we were not there during a time when the demonstrations were taking place. However, the woman in the shop was very knowledgable and helpful. There were some great pieces of lace on display but not a lot of detailed explanations. The Church was quite unique - small but very interesting decorations and stained glass.
