Got for a great price through an online site, not English 4* but still nice. Fridge and hairdryer in the room, however, as said before if you like hot drinks take your own supplies.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is nicely situated on the edge of the market squares. Comfy (big) beds would definately stay again.

Excellent dining facilities, plenty of space and a great choice of food to start off the day with. In the evenings, the bar staff were friendly and efficient and the drink prices were reasonable.

You never quite know what you are going to get when you book a Christmas market break through a travel agent.
I and two friends booked a 2-night break to Brugge travelling by Eurostar which I find is one of the less stress free ways to travel abroad. This 4* hotel lived up to its name with friendly helpful staff, spacious well heated comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. If you needed extra tea or coffee sachets in your room, you just had to ask reception and it was freely provided. About 10/15 minutes walk from the centre, but that was no problem, as I think there were better restaurants (see my reviews) and bars close by. I would certainly try and book this hotel again.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds are really big and comfy, there is temperature control in the room and all the lights are on dimmers which we found really cool. The bathroom was also excellent, very modern with a powerful warm shower, and there was shower gel and shampoo provided. The breakfast was in a lovely underground room with vaulted ceilings. The breakfast was continental, croissants, toast, cereal, fruit etc. Some cooked food is available but none of it was to my taste. If you are British, and expecting a Full English style breakfast then you will be disappointed. The service was excellent, the reception desk very helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring Brugge.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel while visiting the Christmas markets. We arrived at around 10.00am, asking to leave our bags until check in time but they had a room free and so we were able to unpack straight away. We were in one of the 'attic' rooms which involves a climb up a twisty staircase and would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems. Or large suitcases! The ceiling in these rooms slopes sharply, so not a great choice for my over 6 foot partner who was confined to one half of the room. However this does add character to the room which was spotlessly clean. The en-suite bathroom is modern and well appointed. The breakfast was fine although the vegetarian choices were rather limited. The bar is well stocked and the bar furnishings funky. Checkout is at 11.00am but you can leave your bags in a secure room if you are not leaving the city until later. The staff speak excellent English and are friendly and obliging. The hotel is situated on a quiet side street within easy walk of the city centre and the main attractions. There is apparently secure parking but we arrived by ferry so can't comment on this. Recommended.

What a clean quite and friendly hotel . The room I stayed in was clean warm and very big. The staff were very help full and the morning breakfast was what you expect. The hotel car park was very handy and secure. The location of the hotel was good to a ten minute walk to the town centre at the most. The only down side is you will need to take some extra tea bag with you if you want more then one cup of tea

We booked at this Hotel not really knowing what to expect and were presently surprised. The staff were warm welcoming and spoke very good English. We arrived early in the morning coming straight from the ferry pulling our suitcases and although check in was not till 2pm the staff let us keep out luggage there which was a great help. Our rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. The Hotel is situated within the " Golden Triangle" so near enough to walk to the major attractions. There is a cafe and cake shop opposite. Breakfast was continental and absolutely lovely. We will certainlt stay again. It is worth knowing that you can leave your suitcases there on departure day as well because the coach back to the ferry doesnt pick you up till 5pm. This means you have the day to enjot Brugge without having your suitcase in tow,
