This is a really nice hotel and we got it for a great price. We paid around £340 for flights and 4 nights at the De Goezeput through Travelrepublic.
We arrived late on the Thursday and were given a double instead of the twin we'd booked. We were told that they couldn't changed the room until the next day as the hotel was full - first black mark.
The breakfast was really very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is one computer with free access to the internet which was handy.
The rooms were clean but basic - the TV was tiny but we did manage to get BBC1 and BBC2 and could watch some of the Olympics before bed!
No drink making facilities in the room though and the staircase up to the second floor is difficult to navigate safely with narrow stairs and low beams.
The worst part of the stay for us though was in both of the rooms we stayed, the windows faced out onto the cobbled streets. (Which are practically everywhere in Bruges). Between 11pm and 3am there were lots of cars driving (quite fast it seemed) along these cobbles - the noise they made was appauling - it sounded like a train going past the window (which were shut - no double glazing). This meant that we couldn't sleep properly and was very disappointing. I would caustion people on this when deciding whether to book this hotel (or another in Bruges - ask for a quiet room at the back perhaps)
