A delightful hotel which is incredibly near everything and everywhere while somehow managing to be quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and high-ceilinged, with generous bathroom. Excellent choice of breakfast served with smiles in light and airy room with view of pretty garden. In fact, all staff were friendly and helpful (one even producing a map of Damme, unasked). Only small criticism was that the front desk team sometimes seemed overstretched what with checking guests in and out AND manning the bar. A wider choice of better wines would also be appreciated by those of us who don't drink beer.

Room Tip: Avoid ground floor - side street quite busy from early morning.

very good value for money hotel. close by the city center, at just 3 minutes walking distance.
oldy reception, but rooms are quiet and clean, very spacy, and the service is willing to help.
Just some of the rooms at the upper floor have a ridiculous window, facing a top roof, so you can see nothing, but still there are a couple of extra windows, so no real issue.

Loved this hotel, was in an excellent location, close to the centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, there is a good variety and plenty of it. We booked two rooms, our older kids had the family room which was great. Our room was very well decorated and had lots of character, both were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, its reasonable priced and very welcoming.

We really enjoyed out 2 night stay here. The wonderful courtyard garden was a treat to look at while eating a delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very helpful. Loved our room with the exposed beams(even around the tucked in bathtub!). Very very clean which is important to me

Lovely unique looking hotel. Took my girlfriend for her 30th birthday and chose this as somewhere a little special but still affordable. Exposed beams, nice big bathroom and comfy bed. Don't miss breakfast as it sets you up for a day of sightseeing nicely though its hard to miss as it runs till 10.30am. Friendly staff... overall a very nice stay.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located very close to the center of Bruges. Rooms are not that spacious, but good enough and well decorated (stayed on the last floor). The hotel is on a old building that was completely refurbished, although many bits and pieces from the old building were preserved, giving it a very nice touch. The gardens are also very pleasant.
Staff is very nice and always willing to help.
Parking was easy on the street, usually got a place right in front of the hotel (it is an area where you can park free for 4 hours, during the day), but I know this may not always be the case. However, the closest car park is just a short walk.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. It is situated close to the centre yet in a quiet road. There is a reasonable choice at breakfast to suit most people and the hotel is a nice old building and is clean and well looked after with a nice garden to the rear. The staff were very courteous.
