My boyfriend and I stayed here over New Year and absolutely loved it. We arrived and were told we had been upgraded which was great, and even though our room wasn't part of the renovation, it was still lovely. Huge room with the most comfy bed.
Hotel is in a prime location and so pretty from the outside too.
Would definitly recommend it - unfortunately we didn't eat in the hotel as found €24 per person too steep for breakfast. Although it sounded lovely.
Highly recommend it!

We (myself and my 2 teenaged daughters) recently stayed in this hotel and it was everything I had hoped for. I booked it based on tripadvisor ratings and much research. From the moment we arrived (after a long day of delays with Eurostar) till the moment we left they were awesome! They upgraded us to a large canal view room with a pullout sofa. The room was perfect. Breakfast was great but I don't know if I would have spent the money if it was not included. Very nice bar area with a roaring fire. Everyone was very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. All the sights are a short walk from the hotel. We did get a taxi at the train station because it was late and too far to walk in the cold and snow. The taxi with tip was only 10 euros and the driver went out of his way to help with all our heavy luggage. You could not ask for more at this hotel!

We stayed for 2 nights in Hotel De Tuilerieen. We paid for an executive room, but they upgraded us to a Junior Suite. The suite was big and cosy, but didn't have tea/coffee facilities. The staff of the hotel were nice and polite. The bar was cheap but like everywhere in Bruges the fire was a gas one, not proper wood. Location of the hotel was excellent.
Down part of the hotel is that it's overpriced, especially the famous breakfast. There was small choice and it wasn't really tasty. Maybe the prices of the hotel suit the well overpriced Bruges, but I recommend to everybody to spend that money somewhere else and receive much more in any aspect.

We could not have asked for a better location in Bruges. The hotel is on a canal street and just a 5 minute walk to the Belfry. The staff was very responsive, when we asked for a room change as we could not sleep due to noise from a film production crew in front of the hotel, we were immediately relocated to a suite at the back of the property. Excellent accommodations. Highly recommended, just do not ask for a canal view room if there is a film crew around.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend for the Christmas Markets. When we arrived to Bruges Train station, the place was a beautiful shade of white (snow!) and so a taxi took us to the hotel. this cost 8 euros. It is walkable but with bags and snow i wouldnt recomend! When we walked in I was instantly drawn to the period features and small gentle touches to make it cosy and christmassy! The Christmas tree and twinkling lights were lovely. Our room was kindly upgraded to an executive King room with Four poster Bed! What a treat! The Bed is SUPER comfy too!! We slept for 11 hours on our first Night! Bathroom was amazing, we had a patio with chairs on, a massive room and wonderful ground floor location in the new wing. I love the charm and relaxed service of this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. we loved exploring after an amazing breakfast in the hotel with CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN and a variety of cheese, meats, salmon, fruit, pastries, hot food and much more!! brilliant! We also loved getting cosy on the sofa in front of the roaring log fire in the cosy bar. Such a pleasant change to read for 2 hours with a glass of Cherry Beer instead of being busy at home or watching TV.

The Markets are great, full of life and atmosphere. ice scating is 6 euros for as long as you like. The Horse and Cart trips from the market place take 30 mins and well worth doing at the start of your trip to see the places to visit on your stay. This is pricey though at 36 euros. I loved it though!

The shopping here is great too, lots of clothes shops, especially for Men, and hundreds of restuarants and chocolate shops.

The canals were all frozen, so not boats were sailing, But overall the views and town are so pretty to wander around.

I loved the whole weekend, and would stay here in a flash if we came again. Stay here, and no where else, as this has an amazing position!

My only complaint is that i had to come home!!

Thank you to the Hotel for making our stay a pleasant one and I will be sure to tell my clients, friends and family to stay here! xx

Love, love this hotel. We stayed in Room 335 in the eaves which was lovely and HUGE, as well as the enormous (enormous!!) bed there is a sitting area and a pretty big bathroom. We were only there for two nights but the wardrobe was huge so would be good for someone who had lots of luggage. The only problem was that we slept with the windows open and were eaten alive by mosquitoes.
Our friends stayed in a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the canal which was smaller than ours but beautiful.
The breakfast room is so pretty and the food was yum, chocolate fountain! We got a really good rate for bed & breakfast with HotelConnect.co.uk so didn't have any concerns about the cost.
The bar is very cosy and was great for a pre and post dinner beverage.
The location is fantastic, about 2 to 10 minutes walk to everywhere. Really loved the hotel and Bruges is so pretty and picture postcard perfect - like Disneyland for grownups. Definitely recommend the hotel and a trip to Bruges.
