What an amazing find! Checked the reviews out on tripadvisor first and it got a really good write up so thought book it. Staying for a weekend with friends so booked both rooms. We arrived early but Katrin the owner said we could park our car and leave our things safely so we could spend the afternoon in the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathroom was quite luxurious. Depsite being at the front of the house it was very quiet at night with no noise. Breakfast was fantastic, better than a lot of 4* hotels. Eggs were cooked freshly to order. There was lots of fresh coffee, bread, pastries, hams, smoked salmon, cheeses, cereals and jams. Far more than you could ever manage. It was all beautifully presented and was unhurried and leisurely. Absolutely first class, and will certainly be booking again when I go back to Bruges
