Owner description: Everyone, who visites Bruges, the Venice of the North, is sure to make a boat-trip on its famous canals. Our embarcation point is situated in the heart of these beautiful surroundings. Boat-trips take about 30 minutes and you will see beautifull places that you can only see by boat. We run 7 days a week from march till the end of october from 10 till 5 o’clock

“Go on a boat trip”
Reviewed 4 December 2013

Bruges is compact and you can get around on foot very easily but the boat ride was fun and you did see the rear of some building which I don't think you would have been able to see on foot. We did queue for a little while but we had a chat amongst ourselves and with some fellow queuers (is that a word?) which added to the experience. The boat driver was informative and funny. Give it a go!
One tip though, if you are sitting on the side of the boat next to another boat going the opposite way, keep your arms inside - my sister go very wet!

“Lovely scenic canals”
Reviewed 3 December 2013

The canals are really pretty as are the buildings surrounding them. We took a boat tour which I'd definitely recommend as a fun way to see the town and learn a little about the history and the many bridges. At busy times it seems you may have to wait a little while for a boat and they do pack the boats full but it's a great experience which is worth the wait.

“Nice enough but not a must.”
Reviewed 3 December 2013

We were told to take a boat tour of Bruges to see all of the city but it's so compact that you can easily get around the same sights on foot in the day. There was also quite a long queue and wait for the boat. Finally, the boat captain / tour guide couldn't be heard at all where we were sitting (at the back) so we might as well have just enjoyed the scenery without trying to learn more about it!

“So attractive”
Reviewed 1 December 2013

We parked our car in Bruges, and walked around for a long time. It is so pretty, with cobblestone streets, lovely little shops and squares. Then we found the little canals and bridges, just beautiful.

“Very funny and informative”
Reviewed 1 December 2013

The trip cost 7 euros. We got there at 9:00 on the advise of the tour manager and good job we did, there were massive queues later on. The boats are open and seat about thirty. The trip lasts around thirty minutes. The chap who took us on the boat was very witty and a bit of a philospher. We saw the city from a different perspective and the philosophy lesson gave us food for thought. We enjoyed seeing the city from the perspective of the people living on the canal. In case you are interested, our tour manager said that our driver is the best on the canal. He has thick curly hair
