We stayed for one night this month whilst travelling. All I can say is 'What a find'. A lovely peaceful hotel in the centre of Bruges with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable for a short stay at a very good price. You walk out the hotel straight into the centre of town and everything is on your doorstep. You can park outisde to drop off some bags and then you are directed to an underground car park where it cost 8.70 for 24hrs parking or you can use the train station for less, but thats much further away. The parking ticket at the station includes bus back to town. There is a great bar just round to the right as you leave the hotel which sells more types of beer than you can imagine which is well worth a visit. I highly recommend this hotel and Bruges as a destination particularly now that the Xmas markets are on. My top tip is to walk down the quieter residential streets because the area is stunning.

Room Tip: I wanted a double bed but ended up with a twin which actually was really very comfortable and spacious. I dont think it matters what room you take.

The hotel is an easy walk from the central Market Square but far enough away to avoid the daily tourist crowds. We were on the top floor overlooking the cobbled Hoogstraat. A large room with a good sized bathroom. Free Wi Fi. Unfortunately the stairs are quite steep, there were 36 steps from the lobby to the room. We received some assistance from one of the owners on arrival but had to organise our own luggage when we left. Owners were very helpful though, and ensured we were able to have breakfast when we had an 8am departure on the day we left. An excellent breakfast is served in the 16th century cellar. From the hotel's central location it is possible to walk to all the main sites of Bruges. Can thoroughly recommend both the hotel and Bruges.

Room Tip: If you have heavy luggage try and get a room on the lower floors.

The owner was so polite and helpful when we checked in. Hotel rooms were very clean and breakfast was simple but very delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location, its near enough to the centre but far enough away for it to be quiet. Would definately stay here again!

Very central hotel, It was beautifully quiet and had everything we needed including free wi fi, the only downside is there is no lift and the stairs are fairly steep if you are carrying suitcases to the second floor. The owner was helpful and friendly and we were given Free Tickets for 8 to go on the canal trip ( we could have chosen other things instead...like entry to museums etc but canal trip was fun)

Room Tip: If you have heavy cases or you find stairs too much ask for one of the rooms on the first floor
