Lovely apartments, in a superb location. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the excellent breakfast provided was a real bonus. Apartments are clean and well laid out and the location is within easy walking distance of all the main places of interest. I would recommend this place for families or groups

We first visited Bruge two years ago so knew we would love it again! We walked passed the Bonobo hotel whilst looking for accommodation after being kept awake in noisy hotels. We cannot emphasise how happy we were to find this gorgeous, spacious and clean hotel.

The Bonobo consists of 10 apartments and has a breakfast room, very quaint indeed! We stayed in apartment 23 which looked over the back terrace and it was so so peaceful. You don't feel on top of other lodgers due to the way the apartments are placed. I have to say that I was not aware of any of the other lodgers during our stay other than at breakfast. we relaxed for the three nights we were there so much, I still want to be there now!

We were so tired after being kept awake in noisy hotels, the first thing I asked the friendly and very helpful owner was is it noisy in the night. He reassured me that I wouldn't have any problems with noise otherwise I could let him know as he is always around. We slept so well there and didn't hear anyone else during the night.

The apartments are very clean and cleaned daily. The environment was very relaxing indeed. There is plenty of light and we were lucky to have sunshine most days whilst there.

In the breakfast room, there is a wide choice of food and there is soft relaxing music played. The furnishings are lovely. The breakfast room looks out to the terrace at the back where you can sit and relax also.

The landlord couldn't do enough for you. He was always cheerful and so friendly. We couldn't thank him enough for making our holiday so perfect. We would definitely stay again.

A group of 13 of us stayed at bonobo for two nights 3-5 Sept 08. This accommodation was perfect in every way. The location was central to all sights. Hans the proprietor was extremely helpful and arranged parking for our minibus on the private car park which was most helpful!
The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was plentiful and everything you would expect from a continental hotel.
All in all the perfect place to stop in Brugge!

Perfect location.....super accommodation. We had the corner ground floor apartment with lounge and kitchenette downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a nice little patio to boot! Hans and Magda are lovely people and very helpful. Good location, close to all the main sites, restaurants and bars. Bruges is lovely but somewhat pricey ..check out the Praatkroeg Pub at the top of T'zand. - cheapest bar in Bruges! And if you want to do the Battlefield Tours contact Jacques or Genevra at Flanders Battlefield Tours - they have a website - absolutely brilliant and what they do. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt! Word of warning -do take mossie spray in July/August - they come off the canals!

Excellent value for money. We had a great experience at this hotel which is well located close to the main tourist spots. The owner was extremely helpful and the room was clean and spacious. We travelled with a 1 year old child and the facilities were superb. I would highly recommend this location for anyone with a family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited but fairly in line with European standards. The room is not luxurious, but had everything we needed. The location was okay for us as we like to walk; however, it did seem a little far from the main tourist area at the end of one of our longer days (uneven streets wear on the feet).

I can't praise this place highly enough - very cheap, spotlessly clean in a very central location. The owners could not have been more helpful and we had a wonderful stay as a result. We had a view of one of the cathedrals from the terrace outside our small suite (complete with kitchenette). It's not luxurious but considering we got the place for €36 each per night who can complain? It was an excellent deal.
My mother is going to Bruges later this year, I won't be even looking elsewhere for accommodation, she wants to stay at the Bonobo!
