Stayed here for 5 nights last week, what a gem of a find, such friendly, personal service and a lovely traditional family hotel. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with superb wifi connection.
Katie the owner, so helpful, gave us a map to assist navigating Bruges and lots of information, the 2 restaurants she recommended were first class. We have been visiting European cities during the week before Christmas for 12 years and this was one of our favourite stays. Hotel decorated with a Christmas theme with so much detail that makes you instantly feel festive and jolly. Breakfast is a lovely continental buffet choice, ideal location, quiet and 10 minutes easy safe and pretty walk.
Highly recommend for quests wanting a lovely friendly Bruges experience.

I am stopping here now and this is a wonderful hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The car park is about 100 metres away but in the wrong side of a one way system the recptionist got into the car with me to ensure that i got there :) At the moment there is a christmas theme in the breakfast hall and this is wonderful. Even the plates have been changed across to a christmas teme. During the day there is free tea and coffee in the lobby. It is not far outside of the centre of town. It takes abut 10 to 15 mins to walk and it is a nice area so walking there is not a problem. The room is clean and tidy and all of this is all you need out of a hotel.

PS for realtime tripadvisor people the wifi is excellent I was using Skype video conferncing last with no issues.

No issues whatsoever with our stay here. Was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map on check-in of what roads to take to get to places etc. We didn't have breakfast here so cannot make comment on that, but it really was a nice stay and the rooms were nice and clean, and spacious.

Just returned from a one night stay here, we found this place easily and were blown away with the extremely friendly welcome we got.
Room was beautifully clean and faced the bell fort with a lovely view over the roofs of Brugge. The. Owner gave us a map with some walks highlighted on it and an umbrella to keep us dry.
Breakfast was good, with a wide choice of continental fare, the decor in the hotel is a bit crazy with shades of miss havisham's house.... But cleaner!! There is a framed wedding dress, porcelain clowns nestled in dried flower arrangements, swan rugs oh and a miniature woodland scene on the floor at the entrance!!
On the whole it was a nice fun, cheap place to stay in Brugge and we will defiantly return.
The bed was also extremely comfortable:)

Nice enough B&B, clean bedroom, plain and simple but please be aware that if you have a room to the front you will have the sound of the bells of the clock going off from the church just across the road and on a Sunday they seem to go on forever. They didn't bother me but you may need to think about having a room at the back if you have little ones. Breakfast was ok, nothing cooked but plenty on offer, ham, cheese, bread, toast, jam, fruit, cereal plus tea, coffee and juices. A little plus was that although we had trouble finding it when we did we was able to park right outside the hotel as the owner gave us a card to put in window of the car so we didn't get a ticket. It's only a 10/15 minute walk to the main centre depending on how fast you walk. I would recommend this B&B if you don't want anything too flash and just plain and simple. One other little word of warning is that the hotel doesn't have a lift so again keep that in mind if you have little ones or are infirm.
