“Excellently organized tour”

There was plenty of information told to us on the tour and we learnt a lot today. The guides were excellent, bus was comfortable, everything was on schedule, and just enough and not too much.

We were also pleasantly surprised- the lunch buffet was very tasty and exceeded our expectations.

Thank you!

“A Look at the WWI Battlefields”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2014

This tour was very worthwhile in this anniversary year of the beginning of WWI in Europe. Our guide, Rita, was informed and enthusiastic and ready to answer all of our questions. It was a little frustrating to have such a limited time in the Flanders Field Museum in Ypres but it would have been difficult to get everything else in if the time was extended! Walking through the trenches at Diksmuide and visiting the cemetery at Tyne Cot were experiences not to be missed. The buffet lunch in Ypres was very good as was the service in the hotel restaurant. I strongly recommend this tour!

This was a well planned tour covering many places we wanted to see. We could have spent longer in the museums however it gave us an insight into life at the front. Lunch was great and our guide Donald was knowledgeable and keen to answer our questions. The tour was definitely worth the money and an excellent choice.

“A Grand Day Out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 June 2014

This was one of the main highlights of our stay in Brugge and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

It was well structured and extremely informative, with a jam packed day you well and truly get your moneys worth, with a brand new and comfy coach, a very tasty buffet lunch in a fine hotel in Ypres, passes all booked for the museums so there isn't any queuing to do.

Overall if you are staying in the Brugge area, I can't recommend you do this enough, it is such a memorable day and a emotive finale at the last post ceremony at Menin gate.

Wear comfortable footwear and have plenty of Batteries for camera's
