NOTE ADDRESS IS NOW Braambergstraat 7 in Brugge.
We ate at Est Wijnbar last week (June 2010) and had a very enjoyable evening. The food was excellent and the menu very flexible so you could "mix and match". I had the fish stew which was very tasty. Lots of veggie dishes, as well as meat and fish based, so something for everyone. We sat in the window seat upstairs, which gives a good view of the street below. It is small, but had a great atmosphere, so different from all the "process driven" restuarants/cafes around the main squares, that may have better views, but nothing more.
I forgot to ask the name of the lady who looked after us, but I understand that her daughter also runs it with her. This time of year it is open 7 days a week from about 4pm.
We liked it so much, we returned the next night and got the same table (the most popular apparently!).
Overall, just a very enjoyable, relaxed experience - wine selection was also very good - would thoroughly recommend. They have live music on Sundays
