The location could not be better. The service was outstanding. The staff went completely out of their way to recommend places we would enjoy. All of their recommendations were exactly what we wanted. They even managed to secure us a last minute reservation at the three Michelin Star restaurant in Brugges. The room was beautiful and had tons of charm with beautiful high plaster ceilings but yet a beautiful contemporary bathroom.

This hotel is very-very nice hotel. Super services, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very nice!
The place of the hotel is in the center of Bruges.
Just a few steps from the center, all attractions, restaurants etc.
This hotel is absolutely 5+ stars hotel.
Very friendly staff, quick check-in & check-out services.
So, I would like to recommend this hotel to all!

The service at this hotel is impecible! They park your car, bring you the luggage and even walk you to your room when you arrive.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is incredible! There's a spa on the first floor, but it's not great.

However they had a few flaws that shouldn't be in a hotel of this standard.
- We found a sweater behind the bed, which tells me it's not properly cleaned.
- The wifi in the room did not work and they couldn't solve it.
- It smelled really bad from the shower.
- They did not inform us that the parking was 30 euros per night.

We stayed for one lovely night at the Kempinksi Hotel in Bruges during a two-week tour of Europe. We contemplated extending our stay because the hotel was so lovely and the staff was incredibly attentive. We came in at 1 am with our toddler and the stay could not be more helpful. They took care of everything and just made it so easy for us to check in. We had breakfast in the morning, and althought expensive (30 euro), was just a delicious meal in a gorgeous dining room. Definitely worth it. During our stay I ended up losing my cell phone in the room and the staff immediately located it and contacted me. The concierge gave excellent recommendations.

Also, the hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can have drinks and appetizers. The courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around and burn off some energy. The staff actually recommended it as a perfect spot for him -- this was suprising since it was such a lovely hotel.

We will definitely come back to stay longer next time.

We loved this hotel. On our eight day trip in the Netherlands and Belgium our two nights here restored our faith in hotels. The staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The rooms are to a very high standard with many additional facilities and touches that made the stay pleasant. The receptionists went out of their way to assist us with arrangements to enjoy Bruges and to book those things we had decided to do: nothing was too much for them. The hotel has a lot of character and is ideally situated right in the centre of Bruges a few minutes walk from the Market, the Belfry and the Burg. I would return to Bruges simply to have the joy of staying at this hotel again.
