Let mi start with the parking lot. It is very hard to find the entrance to the underground parking using GPS, even if it has up to date maps - it simply is not there. If you put Steenpoort 2 you will drive in circles and get lost. This is solved by driving to the Station and following the street passing by it, until you have to make a turn - take left and you will see the dark and dirty cave-like entrance from the street. Drive slowly - it is narrow, twisting and dark. Once there, take a picture of your car and surroundings - there is no marking (like the usual letters for parking clusters) so try to remember which elevator you took and some major feature.
Of the three people I talked to (barely spoke English), two were there for the first day (slim chances, but okay cant just call them lie-ers) and the third one shouted at me for asking if they really have only two projectors in the whole Saturn store.
If you are looking for the toilet you should know you have to pay for it (you will receive no document for the transaction - tax evasion alert here!) and only follow one of the signs. What I mean by that is if you follow the toilet signs in a sequence, you will be walking around the building in circles - just try to decide where the first is pointing to and ignore the rest.
All in all it was a vary bad experience, but anyway if you do not expect to see a mall, you might not be disappointed. It is not even close.
