Stayed at Yoake 4 nights for over November Armistice, booked both rooms and the place was brilliant, Miguel and Liesbet looked after us and our friends and made our stay a real pleasure, Breakfast is served at a time of your choosing (within reason!) and was just right, a combo of English and Continental so smiley faces all round! The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable cleaned daily and it was a pleasure to have stayed there, I would recommend Yoake to anyone and look forward to returning.

We stayed here on the last night of a trip in the Netherlands en route to Calais. A very good welcome and restaurants and places to visit were recommended. The accommodation is fantastic and location ideal in the centre of old Ypres. An excellent freshly made breakfast was delivered to our room at the stated time. This comprised scambled eggs and smoked salmon, bacon, croissants, fruit juice etc. We could not eat it all.
I would strongly recommend Yoake and will certainly return in the future.

Room Tip: We had the Courtyard Room. Far superior than many 4* hotels. Spacious, fantastic reclining daybeds...

My wife and I, along with our friends booked both both rooms for one night at this little gem of a B&B. Michael and his family were most accomodating, offering us a beer upon arrival and information on the local area. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Breakfast was served al-fresco in the courtyard and there was a lot of it!
The B&B is well situated being close enough to the centre and the Menin Gate but in a quiet street which we love.
For those of you who have a special interest in beer, this B&B is a must!

My wife and I stayed at Yoake B&B in mid August at the start of our long European holiday. As indicated on the website and Tripadvisor, Yoake is an excellent boutique accommodation right in the heart of Ypres. Lisbet and Miguel are the perfect hosts, and very helpful to any and all of our enquiries. The breakfasts delivered to our room were excellent, and given the fine weather, we ate in the courtyard. Highly highly recommended - you won't be disappointed.

Very high standard of accommodation.
Perfect hosts.
Huge TV, mini bar and coffee machine in the room - my husband loved the local beer.
Wonderful breakfast delivered in a basket on our doorstep,a really nice touch , so you could have breakfast in bed if you choose.
Wood burner in the room, made for a romantic night!
Will certainly return and recommend this B and B.

Room Tip: We were at the back of the property, it was very quiet. Parking in nearby street, not directly outs...

Thanks to Michael for a lovely welcome and we were delighted to have booked two rooms. Either dear reader is perfect in a different style. We loved all facilities and welcomed to Courtyard as a meeting space.

No problems at all and a very east stroll to Main Square. The Lower Room is an apartment and the Courtyard Room is modern and fashionable. Neither disappoint. In the summer fully Air Con in the winter central heating or swanky gas burner! All very comfortable.

In our view, from a number of stays in Ypres, Yoake wins our award.

We will certainly be asking Michael to book us in again.

For everyone and anyone who is travelling to Yepres this is the palace to stay. Upon arrival we were given the choice of which room we wanted. We opted for the smaller but more intimate room. It was great the bed was comfortable and the room want clean and tidy. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast DELIVERED and it was there on time and more than the two of us could eat. It is close to the Menin Gate and the centre of town. We strongly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who is going Yepres.
Thank you
