We stayed here last year for a week (August 2012 but I've only just realised that I didn't write a review) with friends of ours and their 1 year old baby. Alain couldn't have been more helpful from the moment we arrived, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is lovely with a fridge stocked with beer that we consumed at very reasonable rates! It is a very quick and easy walk to the cloth market and we parked our car right outside for when we ventured further afield. We have recommended Le Chat Noir to other friends who have since stayed here twice so we are long overdue another visit. The beds are very comfortable, the shower excellent and the lounge and dining room very freindly spaces - something you miss when in a hotel or smaller guest house. We didn't stay in much as this region is full of things to do but when we did, we found the house is packed with really interesting books and fun games. There isn't a better place to stay trust me.More
