This is the 3rd time we stayed at Kyrimai, we simply love its location, its peacefulness, the rooms decoration, its good kitchen, and the professionalism of the staff. Mani is a great place to visit and coming back to Kyrimai has always been a delight for us.

Room Tip: Rooms are charming, those with the sea view obviously the best

Gerolimenas is a sleepy seaside village and Kyrimai is an unexpected luxury. The architecture is typical of Mani which is a plus for us. Our two level loft had great views of the pool and the sea. The breakfast was a tasty feast. The pool was welcoming, although lounge chairs were limited in number. Service was excellent all around. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was top notch, innovative and delicious, although pricey.

This hotel is an absolute dream. Built in the style of the Mani region in Greece, with stones, this hotel sits right on the water at the end of the peninsula, and is an absolute delight. The hotel is beautiful and feels like a home. Service is great all around, from the reception desk to the restaurant/bar. The staff could not do anymore to be of help and make us feel welcome. I had sprained my ankle and they made sure I had a room on the first floor so I would not have to climb too many stairs. They carried all our luggage for us. They accommodated dietary restrictions and special requests. I could not recommend them more highly!

Room Tip: If you can climb stairs, get a room with a view of the sea.

....well almost the end of the Mani peninsula in the Peloponnese, it certainly feels like the end of the world. The hotel is a converted mansion house and warehouses, still in the same family and run by them. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and has a good Greek wine list selected by the very enthusiastic maitre d' and sommelier. Breakfast is awesome and just keeps coming. When lounging by the pool, the staff bring you jugs of fresh water with lemon, lime and ice. Obviously you can order one of their delicious cocktails. If you are going to go to Gerolimenas, it is the place to stay but worth a special trip. Very relaxing.

Room Tip: Pick a room with a Sea view, more expensive but definitely worth it.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kyrimai for 3 nights in late May and loved every moment of it. Prior to our arrival I'd read plenty of reviews praising the location and beautiful surroundings but nothing can quite prepare you for how stunning the area actually is. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and surprisingly spacious, and you couldn't ask for more from the pool area and the other communal rooms, including the cosy sitting room.

The element which really takes the hotel to another level is the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the hotel restaurant. It isn't an exaggeration to say that nothing is too much trouble-from constantly being handed fresh glasses of iced water around the pool to being talked through the best locations for day trips in the area. We were in Greece for 9 days and the food was undoubtedly the best we experienced-a very, very high standard. All in all I couldn't recommend Kyrimai more highly.

We booked in for 4 nights but extended by another 2 as couldn't tear ourselves away from this place. The pool is great & the most comfortable sunbeds I have ever used. We stayed in a loft room - which are not to be booked by anyone who has mobility issues as the little staircases are a bit of a hazard. The rooms however are lovely, bit quirky but with loads of character. Breakfasts are delicious & plentiful & overall the service is friendly & helpful.
We ate dinner in the hotel on one evening & although the food was good, we preferred to eat in the village as more reasonably priced. The interior of hotel is beautifully furnished & beautifully designed.

We stayed just the one night in March, the hotel had just opened and was still getting ready for the season ( they had not even filled the pool yet !). However, the weather was lovely, so we had a swim in the sea upon arrival ( freezing!). Beautiful room with view on the sea and the bed on a mezzanine. Nice bathroom, everything was spotless. The lobby is very warm and welcoming, and the dining room extremely cozy with interesting artwork on the walls. We were only three couples staying that night, they set our tables around the fireplace (roaring wood fire as the night was chilly). Although the kitchen was not fully operational yet we had a delicious meal made by a lady from the village. Enough choice and fresh local produce. All this was explained to us by our lovely waitress, who the next morning took the time to discuss with us our choices for sightseeing in the area. Many thanks to her for making our stay even more enjoyable. We had breakfast on the terrace, good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of local breads and pastries, yogurt, cheeses and honey. Eggs if you wanted them.
The location is unique, if you want to get away from it all, do not hesitate. Obviously it would be a different experience in the summer, with more people there, swimming etc. I would love to return.

Room Tip: We had a large room or suite with windows facing the sea on two sides. At the front, there was even...
