The Siesta Tapas restaurant has an authentic eclectic Spanish feel. The tapas as a starter were great , the chorizo sausage tapas was fantastic . We had the mixed platter for the main meal and it was more than enough for 2 of us. The dessert was a bit slow to arrive but the restaurant was full so understandable.

Had lunch with wife and kids. Nice atmosphere and authentic Spanish tapas. Portions can be on the big side. Nice choice of Spanish food selection. Give it a try. Can recommend the mushroom tapa if you love mushrooms.

We love Tapas , This little Bistro is cosy , plain with no fuss but can be a bit chilly .
They had a variety of dishes , we were advise to take a platter of Meat and one of Fish but decided to make our own choices. The Mushroom dish was fantastic .so were most of our others, The Good strong Sangria helps when waiting for the food
Party of 4 with drinks R1000. Not a bad stopover in this quaint town

I'm writing this review while waiting for my food to be served at this restaurant. We made a reservation for 1.45pm but arrived at 2.05 pm and was informed that there was no table available. We were told to take a seat and that a table would be open in five minutes. We browsed through the menu and placed our orders at 2.20pm. Five minutes became forty five minutes and we were finally seated at 2.50pm. At 2.40 pm we were told that a table would be ready soon. At that point, we told the staff to start preparing our food as we wanted it served asap. The gentleman said that he would do so. It is now 3.30pm and they only just served us bread after my wife asked for it. The only consolation was that they offered complimentary drinks during our 45 minute wait. We have not tasted the food so my rating about it may not be accurate.

Lovely atmosphere, decor, service and food. Can be a bit chilly when having dinner in winter months.
