Great place to stay very clean and efficient staff and very close to activity facilities.

Also note there isnt a note board outside, not great visibility when checkin-in at night, took me 15miutes on marais street to finaly see the place.

There were some noisy guests and since the place is a bit small it would be good to try and enforce a noise level standard. worth the money though. :-)

Khayamanzi is great value for money! The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast served on our patio was a nice touch. The pool and garden area are very quaint and the owner has done a lovely job in his eclectic furnishings. I can recommend this to anyone travelling on a budget looking for a nice B&B.

We stayed for one night after having a full day spa treatment at Mangwani, I did alot of research before booking to make sure we had a good room that was quiet and peaceful.. However the other guests staying there did not have apperciation or have respect for others. My boyfriend after being very patient had to plead for some peace at about 11:30.. like I said it wasnt the guesthouse's fault, however it would have been nice if the staff could have asked them to tone it down when they saw them getting a little out of hand.. otherwise the breakfast set outside our room was lovely. The room was clean and well decorated, it was nicely located to get around and do some sightseeing. One or two things that may need attention, aircon is needed and the wifi didnt work while we were there.. Would be back with fingers crossed for better neighbours.

Lovely setting, well kept establishment and friendly staff. We attended a wedding at Green Leaves and the time it takes to get to the venue from Khayamanzi was inaccurate as it took us at least 45 minutes to get through the tunnel. At the time of booking, we were told that it would take us 10-15 minutes! Perhaps warn guests when they book?

I Manage and run an exclusive Guesthouse myself in Benoni, East Rand. We are rated ****.My recent stay here was really of exceptional, welcoming, profesional, clean and gorgeous premises.

I will definitely consider staying here when in Hartebeespoortdam again.

breakfast and the way this is served outside my room as well as presentation in the dinning area was very well done.

Thank You for a exceptional and memorable stay.
