My boyfriend and I enjoyed this place so much that we had dinner here on both evenings that we were in Evora. The food is Alentejo-style: hearty, simple, yet also sophisticated, with Portuguese-sized portions and an extensive wine list. We had variations on a local delicacy - braised pork cheeks - that were simply divine. The partridge was also a big treat. The service here is also excellent and attentive. One can eat well and a lot, without breaking the bank.
