This is a crackin wee hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and the pool facing rooms have beautiful views of the coast! We went B&B, and are glad we did. We payed for the evening meal once and it wasn't the best, but to be honest, I dont understand why people who go half board go on here and mark down the hotel for being 'repetitive'! If you ate in the same buffet restaurant every night, of course you will get bored! So get a grip people, your in a town with hundreds of fantastic restaurants. Get half board if you have no imagination and dont want to venture outside the hotel!!
To all of the people moaning about the pool loungers!! We couldve got up at 8am to get a lounger, but we wondered 5 mins down to the gorgeous beach, near toilets, showers, a bar and restaurant, then at about 3-4 oclock we walked back to the hotel and spent a few hours round the pool with no hassle getting loungers! It seems to be all the people who complain on here want to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, swim, lounge, sleep etc.... in the same place for 1 or 2 weeks then moan about everything!! Its called cabin fever folks, get out and see the beautiful beaches and sights! What’s even stranger is that one person complained that they couldnt get a bed at the pool during the day, then complained in the same sentence that they couldnt get an umbrella when they did! For gods sake, do you want to sunbath or hide from the sun? Also, someone marked this hotel down for not having teabags in the room?! WTF, go to the shop and spend 1 euro on a packet of teabags and GET A GRIP!
This is a great hotel to wake up in a lovely room, open the curtains to a fantastic view, have a good choice for breakfast, relax at the pool, take a short stroll to the beach, and plan your day!! Thankyou so much to the positive reviewers on trip adviser for helping me chose this cracking hotel!

Room Tip: If you spend 40 euro at the bar or restauraunt in 1 day, you will get a 10 euro voucher to spend at...

My husband and I booked half board from 29th June until 12th July 2012 and wished we had only booked for bed and breakfast because the food was diabolical. There was only one meat dish, one fish dish or one pasta dish to choose from as for the vegetables they were all together in a hot dish and were swimming in water, they consisted of cauliflower, ,broccolli, peas, carrots and corn ugh. which was the same everynight. The pool area is very small for the size of the hotel and there were only 76 sunbeds and loungers which was not near enough for the size of the hotel There was a cat which kept wondering about the pool area and left its business all over the grass where people were having to put there towels because of lack of sunbeds. There was a solarium on the 6th floor but there was nothing there but to look at the scenery. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful but I am afraid the above lets it down won't be back.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one week commencing 19th July, on arrival first impressions very good, lobby modern and bright, and staff very helpful and efficient, the bonus was being given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. On walking through to the main part of the hotel it has a huge atrium making the whole are feel bright and funky, don't look up as the glass is filthy which spoils the whole affect.
Our room overlooked the pool, was well appointed with a large bathroom and balcony, we had tea and coffee making facilities but at no point during the week did we have tea or coffee in the room, we asked almost every day but at no point was any provided, we also asked to have a bedside light replaced as it was broken, it took four phone calls and a trip to reception to get it changed. The air conditioning wasn't brilliant and quite noisy.
The pool area is far too small for the size of the hotel and the majority of the sun loungers are broken, very few umbrellas which seemed rediculous as there was nowhere to shade from the sun if you didn't manage to bag one early in the day, the service at the pool bar was not good, never enough staff on duty and those that were there were trying to be in two places at once, we only ate once there during the day and the food was mediocre at best.
Breakfast offered lots of choices but the menu never changed on any given day, no bowls of fresh fruit to help yourself to and on a couple of occasions there were no tea making facilities. The staff were all brilliant but overall I wouldn't stay again, I do like to have some space when sitting by a pool but this was never an option due to the overcrowding.
Graded as a four star hotel is, in my opinion too high, an excellent three star would be my own personal opinion.

Room Tip: Rooms which face the road have a tiny balcony and I would imagine have quite a lot of noise, ours ov...

lovely hotel, but need to sort sun beds out, there isn't enough for everyone, and half of them were broken.Staff were very friendly, it was a night mare trying to get a taxi back 2 the hotel after a night out, i'm talking early evening, the maids were very good, and the rooms looked nice when they had finished them.Beach was a bit furthyer than we thought, so never bothered with it.

Room Tip: ask for a room thats not over looking the main road.

we stayed at this hotel between the 10th and 24th July. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, the room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. Stayed half board and found the food to be of a good standard, plenty of choice both at breakfast and evening meal. Restaurant staff friendly and efficent. Pool area is on the small side but was ok for the size of the hotel. Some reviews complain about the lack of sun beds but for our 2 week stay there we had breakfast at 9.30am and every morning there was spare sun beds.Would stay here again, had a great holiday from start to finish. Location fine for both old town and new town.

just returned from hotel, all we can say is perfect.as in previous reviews all in all from the room to the staff no complaints at all.we spent the week here and nothing but stress free.our room 221 was a limited sea view but what a view could not fault it overlooking the greenery to the sea .only one minor prob was that the pool area was small compared to other hotel pools that we have stayed at,but it was clean to other pools where we have been.anyone thinking of booking this hotel go for it.

Just back from a half board stay with my wife and parents. Hotel is modern with funky details like neon bar, piano and decor. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, all you need to do is ask and they will try their best to help you from little things like getting a taxi to arranging trips. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy and the maids do a great job, even put a little pattern on your bed using top cover i.e. design of a rose. Amenities are great you can buy wifi access and the safe in the room is free which you don't get with most hotels. Bar areas are great, you can lounge on big comfy sofas inside and listen to the music from piano. Games console just round from bar to keep little ones entertained €4 an hour. Food was great lots of choice there's a meat, fish, veg option every night and salad options and if you have special requirements just ask and they will accommodate you. If you feel like it there's al a carte option. Pool area is small but if you read he reviews you will know this, always managed to get a bed as people come and go all day as you would expect and there's also a back gate at the pool area which allows access to the beach via wooden stairs 10min walk nod you're on the sand. It's within an easy walk to the strip if you like nightlife and only 30mins walk from the old town which has a lot of bars nod restaurants and entertainment at night like live music. If you not want to walk there's a bus stop just along from the hotel which will take you to the old town for €1.80 each way. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rita, Marco, Helios, Vadym, Ludo. Had a great time and. Great sleep as the double bed was very comfy and huge. Myself, my wife and our parents can't wait to go back so might see you there next July.

Room Tip: Best rooms are those facing the pool and looking out to sea.
