Our only regret is we didn't discover Eduardo's sooner during our 2014 Portugal vacation. Being from the Island of Newfoundland where Fishing is one of the main Industries and dried salted cod is eaten in a number of recipes I was anxious to visit Portugal and sample the local cuisine particularly their seafood. Will I fill in love with the country, it's people,their culture and of course their food. And of all the dining establishments that we enjoyed, none other impressed us as much as Eduardo's, the friendly staff, the very pleasant atmosphere and the wonderfully delicious freshly prepared food. If you happen to be in Albufeira Portugal I would highly recommend this quaint Bistro for a friendly, relaxing and tasteful meal. Pay them a visit
