7 Days All Inclusive stay...Perfect!
Food choices were excellent, well presented and top quality
Hotel caters for all ages of children
Prompt courtesy bus running several times a day if you don't want to walk the incline back!
15 minute walk to main bus station for access to other locations, however this is not greatly publicised as had to esquire about it, alternatively these are local bus stops to transport you within a 10 minutes walk outside supermarket.
Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating
Twin rooms were very clean, modern and tidied every day, a goods night rest assured!
Entertainment every night, however, feel this could be improved more to suit various age groups.
Spa and inside heated pool so take a bathing cap otherwise 3 euros each.
Modern gym available with up to date equipment, again this is an additional 5 euros per visit which being all inclusive should have been included in cost!
recommend this hotel and would defiantly re visit

Room Tip: Rooms at rear of hotel ensures you a good nights rest, we had twin rooms which were spacious with a...

Booked this at Thomas Cook, although they are not represented at the hotel I found he hotel on trip advisor and asked Thomas cooks opinion. We was B and B but decided to upgrade at reception to all inclusive (a lot cheaper than if booked in advance)

Would recommend he hotel, it's very clean, very well built and he staff are great, the only problem we had was that the hotel is a bit out of town, and this is the I first hotel I have ever felt really annoyed by the attitude of the early morning sun lounger mob reserving and not coming back to he poolside.......this needs addressing b the hotel management...... !

Room Tip: Go premium room and upgrade to all inclusive when you arrive ;!

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Real Bellavista Hotel and we were very impressed with the hotel, the facilities and the staff. We are a family of 5 with two boys 11yrs and 8 yrs and for them the hotel had fantastic facitliies to keep them amused, with a large volleyball grassed area, where they could also play football and outside table tennis. There was also a very nice games room downstairs with pool and air hockey etc. It caters well for families of young children with a really good Children's club. The location is great and a courtesy bus runs several times a day down to the beach. There is also also a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is a very quiet hotel and the entertainiment wasn't really up to much but that didn't bother us, there was enough to do for the kids to keep themselves amused. I have just read the review of the family who encountered the very noisy french young guys who were there on our second week as well. They were definitely out of place at this hotel but i'm surprised that the hotel staff did not give the family an alternative room if they requested it, we found them very helpful whenever we had to request certain things. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dear Guest,

We really enjoyed reading how much you and your kids enjoyed staying with us. Since we hardly ever receive feedback from our younger guests, we were especially pleased to learn that your children had a fantastic time with us.

Thank you once again for your feedback and recommendation and we really hope that we will be able to welcome you again, hopefully soon, for another enjoyable stay with us at the Real Bellavista Hotel & SPA.

Kind regards

Reviewed 31 July 2013

Just returned from a 7 day holiday staying at the Real Bellavista Hotel with my partner and six year old daughter. We stayed in a classic twin room no 123.The stay was brilliant for the whole week apart from the last 3 nights which I will talk about later.
The hotel is situated about 30 mins walk downhill to either the old town or the strip . A taxi back from the old town cost us on average about 4 euros.
We arrived at 1 :00 pm on the monday 22 nd july. First impressions where very good apart from the fact that the pool area and grassed area near to the poolside bar looked to be lacking in empty sun beds. These fears where eased when on the second day we realised that if you wanted a sun bed in a prime position around the pool you needed to be ready with your towels around 9:00 am when a member of staff would open the door to this area .This meant that nobody could reserve their beds any earlier. Although there is a sign saying that this practice was not allowed nobody seemed to take any notice of it.The good thing though is that if you did not like to get up this early there where plenty of empty beds available in the gardens to the rear of the hotel next to the kids club base.
The kids club was fine with excellent staff to look after your kids .The breafast was fine apart from queuing for toast if you got there after 9:00 am. The earlier you have breakfast the better it opens from 7:00 till 10 :00 am.
The hotel facilities were great with a brilliant looking gym, sauna and indoor pool non of which I had time to use with a very active six year old child to attend too.
The only bad thing that happened on our stay occured on the the last three evenings of our holiday. On the friday afternoon I noticed a group of about 12 lads turn up at the poolside bar area. They immediately made full use of their all inclusive wrist bands and proceeded to have a good drink in the afternoon which I have no objection too as this is what they have paid for. What happened later that evening and for the following two nights I do have a problem with.
Our room no 123 was in a great location up until then overlooking the gardens and the kids club area and on the same level as the reception area.
About 4:00pm we returned to our room to chill a bit before going out for tea down to the old town area as we had only booked bed and breakfast. At 6:00 pm we set off with our six year old daughter being eager to be the first out of the room every night. What she saw and my partner and I witnessed resembled something out of an 18- 30s holiday. The door of the room opposite was wide open and some of the group of lads which I mentioned earlier had been allocated this room . All of them where totally naked on top of each other jumping about on their beds, simulating some kind of sex acts with each other.
We reported this to reception who said they would deal with it That night we returned to our room and where in bed for 10:00pm.At 2:30 am we were awoken when one of the lads returned to his room and began to kick on the door to awaken his room mate to let him in ,which lasted for about 10 mins.At 4:30am this happened again with another room mate doing exactly the same thing.
The next night was more or less the same this time they proceeded to go from one room to another with girls in tow keeping us awake most of the night with doors slamming.
I have nothing against young lads having a good time on holiday, but it seemed to me that the four rooms they had where all around ours in one corner of the hotel totally ruining our last three nights. These events where reported to reception but it seemed nothing was done.
This hotel prides itself on being a family and couples frienly hotel, surely this could have been avoided if they had given us another room or by putting familes on one floor ,couples on another , groups on another etc.
This experience did not spoil our holiday and would not stop us returning to this hotel it just left a bad taste at the end of the week. I would just like to make other familes aware that although this hotel is mainly for couples and families they do occassionally allow groups of lads or girls to that matter to stay.

Room Tip: "Rooms to the rear over looking the gardens are the quieter"

Dear Guest,

We sincerely regret that an otherwise perfect stay has been affected by the behaviour of other guests. This group, in fact, attracted our attention on the day of their arrival and we spoke to them on the very same day.
We believed that due to this conversation, their behaviour actually improved, as we did not notice any disturbances in public areas, but sincerely aplogise that in their rooms they did not restrain themselves.
We will speak to our security manager and check if any other measures can be taken to keep a tighter control on groups not only in public areas, but also on the room floors.

Thank you also for your suggestion to put groups on other floors then families. We always try to do so, whenever we have the information beforehand that we are receiving groups of young people , but we usually do not have the information of the gender or ages of the guests before they arrive at the Hotel, and by this time the room has already been allocated and if the occupancy is high, we might not be able to change by then. We would also like to add that most young people are well-behaved and have a perfectly adequate and respectful behaviour towards other guests. But we will definitely try to find the most effective way to deal with these exceptions.

We sincerely hope that you will visit us again and that your next stay will be perfect from the first to the very last minute. Please accept once again our apologies and do not hesitate to contact us before your next stay with us.

Kind regards

Stayed for 14 nights in July this year. Room was fantastic, with pool view. Always plenty of choice at meal times, staff nice and friendly, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel 20 mins walk to either old town or strip, courtesy bus available on the hour. Not much entertainment for the kids at night but they entertained themselves with their newfound friends. Overall a nice hotel with good facilities. The price we paid reflected on what we got. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vista. Enjoy it

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your review.

We are very glad that you have had an enjoyable time at the Real Bellavista Hotel & SPA, but regret to read that you apparently were not satisfied with the service provided by one of our staff members. This was especially disappointing for us since the feedback we receive about the friendliness and helpfulness of our team is usually very positive.
Please be assured that your comments will be passed on to the department heads in charge and we hope that we will be able to welcome you back for an, hopefully, perfect stay with us.
