A fantastic trip along the coastline, fascinating commentary from the crew, plus a chance for a dip in the sea to cool off - the only problem with the cruise was little shade onboard from the sun!

Myself and my husband booked the 3 hour glass bottom boat cruise with our 11 month old daughter thinking thatshe would enjoy being able to see the fish ect.
Bit disappointed that the glass bottom was actually 2 side viewing panels which were not kept too clean and you couldnt really see anything.
Apart from that we really enjoyed the trip, the staff came round and talked to individual groups about the coves and beaches we were passing.
There was a photographer on board which was a nice touch. He introduced himself and explained what he would do, the photos were available to buy at the end of the tip. We paid 12euros for a disc with all the pictures of our family and also of the sights we had seen.
would defintely recommend for a day out!

I took the 4 hour sea cruise. It was pretty good for the price it was, with a free drink. Beer for 3 euros and cocktails for 5. Sushi or a sandwich also included in the 35 euro global price. This is extremely cheap europewise. I got to the see the amazing landscapes of the Algarve coast and both sunset and moonrise. The DJ could have been better (not great sound quality and not such a cool choice of music) but the crew were extremely nice. Same for the girl at the city centre travel agency, I showed up when she was closing late at night and she still booked the cruise for me and gave me great tips on spots to visit in town. Very professional, warm and talkative, give this girl a raise!

Did the 3 hour catamaran cave and coastline tour and it was really nice. I would recommend getting there early and taking advantage of the 5 euro upgrade to the upper deck, which is only available for purchase on site upon arrival (limited to 20 people). wear your swim suit, bring a towel and take some sun. The weather was glorious on the morning we went out, hot but with a lovely breeze, at times a bit chilly for the kids.
The large catamaran provides a smooth ride and actually can navigate into a couple of the larger caves, so this is quite cool.
They stop for a swim in the ocean on the way back, but the water was freezing, so not many took advantage. I'm sure the water heats up in later summer months, but in early July, it was too cold for swimming and too cold for the dolphins as well, therefore, even though the captain goes out a bit further from shore on the way back, there was no sign of dolphins. This, however didn't darken our day. Great fun was had by all in our group, babies, toddlers and grandparents as well!, the scenery in this area is truly breathtaking.
There is a bar on the boat with drinks and snacks for sale.
Would have liked to hear a bit more history on the tour and the few things the captain did share with us could not be heard - they could use a microphone!
At any rate, this is a highly recommended day trip for families, couples, teens, etc.

This is a fantastic boat tour on a big catamaran which has a glass bottom. I took a 3 hour half day tour which was a really nice day out on the sea. The coastline is lovely with lots of natural caves. Our boat was quite big and very stable but the downside was that it couldn't go inside caves except one which was fine for me & my wife. Staff were very nice & friendly. Welcome drink was served on board. You get 10% discount at Belize cafe where you report in the morning before boarding. There is free WiFi on the boat as well which was a pleasant surprise. The actual trip is from 10:30 to 13:30. We could not see Dolphins. It was not a disappointment for us but do not expect to see Dolphins if that is what you have in mind. There is a nice bar on the boat which is not expensive. Separate WC for gents & ladies. The whole boat including the toilets were very clean. A full day trip includes barbecue lunch a quiet beach. We didn't go for the full day, so no experience of that. It was overall a very pleasant & enjoyable trip. Will defenitely recommend it. If you are interested in exploring all the caves then you need to go on a speedboat. They also stop for a swim in the sea. Water was freezing cold though.
