Me and my family checked in thinking it was a great place but the staff were moody the food was shockingly poor , my father had to spend over €1000 on food outside of the hotel when we paid and extra €700 to go all inclusive and the all inclusive ended at 11 and icecream only served at 2:30. But the rooms and the actual hotel itself were beautiful and great pools ! A few friendly staff!!!

Nice clean hotel set away from the hustle and bustle of Albufuera. Stayed on a B&B basis and couldn't fault the range of food on offer each morning.
The shuttle bus on offer to Falaisia Beach and Albufuera is a joke it gets booked up days in advance. It's only a 15 minute walk to Falaisia Beach anf taxis into town are 10 euros each way. Hotel bar is more of a late night creche and all drinks served in plastic glasses.
That said you get what you pay for. We went cheapo, via Asda Holidays and all said would go again.

We stayed here in 2012 ther was 5of us we had a 2bedroom apartment the apartment was really nice had an on suite bathroom and a shared bathroom it also had 2 balconies 1off the living room and the other off the bedroom . The 1 off the bedroom was really big .the staff here are okay the evening entertainment catered mostly for young children not a lot for the adults.the air con worked well and the rooms were cleaned daily.

Room Tip: We had a corner room so you get two balconies

This was a perfectly acceptable hotel for the price we paid - I would class it as a 3 star but with above average standard rooms. Ours was a very spacious 2 bed apartment. The outdoor pools were OK - it lacks an indoor one which would be a problem in the colder months. The breakfast was v nice.
We stayed B+B for 4 days because the plan was to use this hotel as a base to see other parts of the Algarve by hire car and eat out. After that we moved to a 5 star all inclusive for 5 days just chilling at the hotel. (Indoor pools, gym, spa etc) Best of both worlds

We went to some of the local restaurants including a Chinese, Sardines and Piri Piri by the beach, and I can highly recommend the nearby Sole Mio Italian. Nice Pastas and Pizzas with a smile. Turn right out of the hotel door, left at the T junction - then it is a 5 min walk on the left.
Or you could go all inclusive!

Room Tip: if you are travelling with friends a two bed apartment with two bathrooms can be better value than s...

Booked as 4* but not quite up to par. Staff and accommodation excellent. Bar area disappointing. Entertainment poor for adults. Didn't expect kids disco to take over till 10pm. Especially when bar shut at 11pm. Great for family hol but cannot recommend for couples.

Room Tip: South side rooms are quieter. Traffic too noisy to sit on balcony on north side.

Bit of a last minute booking & was originally at another hotel, but were swayed to go with this one by agent who advised the 'inclusive' package at minimal cost. Nice hotel, great apartment, food ok, entertainment - ......
Great location for a few days. You need to book the courtesy bus as it gets full quite quickly. Staff very friendly but will whip away your plate when you're not looking if they think you've finished, tho we were there at the beginning of the season when they're quite keen anyway.
Shower head was faulty but they acted fairly quickly when we told reception. The nearest beach is ok but a bit of a trek if you have kids.
Summary? Great for a short break, but a week is the max I would spend here. Vilamoura is much nicer for couples. May not go again, but wouldn't knock it :)

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel are great for evening sun on the balcony :)

Arrived late at night which was an issue for friends travelling with a baby as they were unable to get any milk. A fresh starry the day after and the rooms are a really good size with fab facilities. A good kitchen with hobs and oven, kettle, iron. Supermarkets close early and the strip was about 15 mins away and so can be quite expensive if travelling every day. The beach is a 10 min walk with so e great bars, though one was extortionate so avoid the middle pine one like the plague. A really good holiday and nice hotel with friendly staff

Room Tip: All the rooms are great, though the ground floor was quieter as we had noisy neighbours above us
