We visited on a Saturday night in April having read great reviews in 'Free Maps' to find that we were the sole diners. Staff were very welcoming and attended to our every need, however, the lack of fellow diners made it feel like we were in a goldfish bowl, not helped by a background of Christmas music! I asked for turbot but Antonio only had Grupe - a fish I've never heard of but would definitely try again. Husband had pork in paprika, which didn't look overly appealing and he reported as 'OK'. Starters were also average. I would love to rate higher as Antonio was so lovely and showed us around his vast wine 'cellar' (room) but at the end of the day it was the most expensive meal we had all week and certainly not the best overall. Perhaps a visit in summer when busier might make for a better experience.
