“Amazing food!”
Reviewed 13 September 2013 via mobile

We recently visited pashmina and would definitely recommend it! The food was amazing and the peshwari naan was most definitely the best I've eaten anywhere.

The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the waiters very attentive. The only negative aspect was the lack of atmosphere, no background music at all which I really think would help it feel a more inviting place.

If you're looking for delicious authentic Indian food then defo give this place a go.

“A sigh of relief !!!”
Reviewed 11 September 2013

This restaurant was a welcome break during our Portugal trip. My wife is pure vegetarian and the smell of sea food makes her sick. We really had a tough time searching for veg food and most of the time we ended up eating Italian. We were really worried about to going to Lagos because of this reason. Luckily my wife spotted this restaurant while we were searching for our hotel and decided to try it. The food here is awesome. One of the best Indian food I had outside India. The quantity is sufficient and rates reasonable. The service is good and the waiters friendly. The taste is really authentic. We tried biriyani, paneer dish and naan which were lip smacking. I would definitely recommend it.

“My girlfriend liked it”
Reviewed 28 August 2013

We ate in the Pashmina restaurant in Lagos Portugal. My girlfriend is not a fan of Indian food, but she liked everything we had. I'm sorry, but I don't remember what we ordered. But it was all tasty and different from the normal Indian curry spices she was used to.

The service was good, and our waiter did a good job of picking out what we ordered.

We would eat there again.

“A nice spicy break from seafood!”
Reviewed 31 July 2013

There are several Indian restaurants in Lagos, and whilst this looked the best, it's food certainly delivered.

It does seem sacrilege to forsake sea food for a humble curry, but when you are away for 10 days it does make a pleasant change.

We had visited the sister restaurant in Sagres in 2012 and were very impressed. This was equal to the task and we had high quality Indian food (accompanied by a very nice Esporao Reserva ) at a very good price. The Tandoori Prawns were out of this world, the dal (surely the yardstick for any self respecting Indian) equally good and the Butter Chicken also hit the spot rather nicely. The other side dishes and accutrements were also of high quality.

Overall, would probably beat 9/10 UK High Street Indian's, perhaps only the décor let it down somewhat, but highly recommended all the same.
