This was my third visit to the restaurant since first coming in early July. This time we were a party of 9 including 2 children who arrived very early before the 7pm opening (taxi arrived very early and not much traffic, strange for August). We were quickly accommodated on the small shady front terrace where drinks were quickly served and menus and details of the specials provided. The service, food, team and atmosphere we as always perfect, the only slight negative is the wine list and the lack of wines from Portugal, but do not let that put you off from finding this GEM!

We found this restaurant through trip advisor as we wanted to find somewhere new. As soon as we walked in our expectations were high - it all looked top notch. The meal did not disappoint, some interesting dishes well presented and delicious. Our waitress was lovely and so friendly, she couldn't do enough for us. The only slight negative is that there did not seem to be a Portuguese twist to the dishes, that would have made it perfect - a bit too English, that said if that is the style of food you are yearning for you will not be disappointed.

This was our fourth trip to this beautiful restaurant. We had a party of 12 and had the outdoor veranda to ourselves. As always the food service and atmosphere was just perfect. I couldn't find a single thing I would change. If I could, I'd go every week!

This is one of our treat restaurants when in the Algarve and this year we managed two visits with different couples and as ever the food, service and value was excellent. Yes it does take a little finding but also a lot of beating! Looking forward to visiting again next year already.

Thank Alandads

We had an amazing meal in this lovely restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were kind and welcoming, they even made a point of calling the children by name. The setting was pretty amazing too; cool but refreshing, white table cloths beautifully set with glasses and cutlery and a different candle holder on each table, giving a contemporary but traditional style. The pretty gardens and terraces were. Delight to explore, you didn't know what was round the next corner! Even in the toilets the attention to detail was superb, something you would find in an expensive restaurant in London perhaps, Molton Brown toiletries and individual hand towels. The food was traditionally English, but it was Sunday! The starters and desserts had a more Mediterranean twist. Lovely! Excellent!
