We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 4 days. It was everything the reviews claimed and more. Above all the helpfulness, availability and competence of the staff. Special thanks to Luis and Joel!!

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff are all friendly, without being 'over the top'. The hotel is spotlessly clean and provides very comfortable rooms. The pool area is clean and was not overcrowded during our four-day stay. The breakfast choices were just right and the food was regularly topped up by the excellent catering team. It is hard to find fault with the hotel and I cannot understand the three-star rating. It certainly is better than most 4-stars we have stayed in! Plenty of on-street park in the area outside the hotel and the free wi-fi was excellent.
I challenge anybody to give this hotel a bad review. We spoke to a number of fellow guests who were visiting for the second or third time - says it all, doesn't it.

Room Tip: I would imagine all rooms are excellent, although for an extra £7-8 per night, it is possible to boo...

We have been to this hotel several times and it never fails to please. The staff are excellent and so courteous. The breakfast is varied and you are bound to find what you like. The location is excellent for exploring Loule and further afield. The garage is very good. The rooms are comfortable and so is the bathroom. Nothing is too much trouble for the excellent receptionists and other staff. It is in an excellent position to explore both the countryside and the coastline. We shall certainly visit again.

We were so glad we found this lovely Hotel. Set in a quiet square, its appearance was in itself appealing. We were met by a very friendly gentleman on reception, who in the time we were there could not do enough to help us, especially when I had problems with my computer. The room was large and comfortable, choice for breakfast very good. Stayed for three nights, wish it could have been longer. Loule town itself was a very friendly place, nice places to eat and quaint streets. Would certainly recommend travellers to stay at the Loule Jardim Hotel.

Room Tip: As Hotel is in a quiet square, would imagine all rooms would be quiet.

Just returned from a great weekend in Louie. When the taxi driver on the way from the airport says, "we don't take many tourists to Loule" you know you have the chance to find something slightly authentic in Portugal.

Firstly its distance from the airport makes it a great destination - a very simple 20 minute drive. Cost of a taxi 27euros.

The location of the hotel in a little square in Loule is lovely. Set amongst some beautiful trees with a restaurant and typical Portuguese café within metres, the exterior of the hotels is lovely. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a good size, ample hot water and comfortable bed. The rooftop pool was like a private terrace as it was so quiet, but a great place to sink some Super Hocks and Tinto de Verano.

When you leave the hotel you go through another little square full of locals passing the time of day before heading towards the "main road" and market. Again great roadside eateries here and the market is worth a visit too.

Loule has enough to satisfy the culture vultures for a weekend as well as lazy lunches in the sun. On a Sunday though, everything stops and you will struggle to find a single restaurant open. Only Ole pizza and naturally this gets extremely busy on the Sunday night. Best advice on a Sunday is to head to the coast, Quarteriera is only 10 minutes away in a taxi and has some great beach side fish restaurants. Spend the evening there for food and you can't go wrong.

All in all, great hotel and staff and Loule is a little gem

Room Tip: Get a terrace or a view over the square

The hotel is set in a small town of Loule, the town itself doesn't have much going on apart from the Saturday market just round the corner.
The rooms where basic but cleaned daily with fresh towels, breakfast was a really good variety with cooked bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, cold hams and cheese, jams, and yummy coffees!!
The thing that sells this hotel is the staff, they are sooo friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is ever a problem.
The roof pool is well looked after and a really good suntrap, beware around May time as they where fixing the hotel so drilling was going on a lot through the hotel.

We stayed here quite by accident and unplanned as we needed accommodation quickly because our motorhome was being repaired in Faro nearby.
The reception staff were superb in their attitude to helping us get fixed and their smiles and daily greetings made the experience very pleasant for us.
The roof terrace pool was a welcome retreat for us and gave us superb views over the town. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of both hot and cold foods on offer on a buffet basis. We feel we got very good value for money here and would not hesitate to return one day.
Well done to ALL the staff for running a friendly welcoming hotel

Room Tip: We had a corner room on the 3rd floor for 8 days which was very spacious and the same floor as the r...
