This recently renovated restaurant has it all: great food, a vast selection of delicious Portuguese wines from all over the country, and best of all, a fantastic welcome and friendly service. We tried the lamb stew, the duck breast in orange sauce and the monkfish skewer, all of which were delicious. The couverts were generous and tasty. We also tried several of the red wines, favouring those from the Douro valley, and all were good. There is also a shop within the restaurant selling all kinds of Portuguese food and drink. However the most enduring memories are of how at home we were made to feel by our hosts, Susanna and Luis.
