Our emails were responded to quickly and directly to our questions. We had no car for the first day so we asked about buses. He actually offered to pick us up from the airport! A great source of information: where to get a bike, how the street parking works (once we had the car) and where it's free. The apartment was what we wanted: in the city, clean and reasonably priced.
