If you want to feel like a number, this is the hotel for you. Not very welcoming (I think the front desk staff were overwhelmed with all the bus tours) but clean and efficient. The aircon didn't work very well in my room despite turning it down to 15 degrees. It was quite warm all night. The location isn't that great. It's a bit of a walk from the old city and there are only a few restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. No cut fruit, no hot food like eggs, only sliced ham and sliced cheese, yogurt, cereals. I was glad I only stayed one night.

Very kind staff, excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast, parking facilities available for free. Very quiet room. Highly recommended. It's not exactly in the city centre, but it's so close to it that excessive distance hardly seems to be the problem for an average visitor...

I booked through booking.com a double room. Upon arrival, they first gave us a twin. We went down again to the reception where after a bit of forth and back they gave us an upgrade double since they did not have any doubles available anymore in the standard rooms.
The room was very nice and clean. Internet, as in most Portuguese hotels, was a bit flacky, but nothing out of the extraordinary or to really complain.
The hotel offers parking and it's about 15min walk to the city center.
The breakfast was terrible. The bread was chewy gummy, like the one you take out of a plastic bag. It was a far cry from freshly baked and crunchy crispy. The eggs were a disaster by its self. They just filled up the container on the buffet, but when I tasted them a minute later they were already cold and full of egg shell pieces. Not very appetizing. For that kind of hotel I'd have expected more. Even budget hotels have better breakfast than the Ines.

We are a family of two adults and a 11 year old child. Our room was spacious with separate bedroom and lounge room where they set up a roll away bed. we found it to be very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool was enjoyable with bar service. Hotel was based in a great area with easy walk to the main town.

This is modern hotel with modern furniture. Attractive. However, our room looking out on the noisy street, was dark. Not enough windows. The ac was not working in the small space, so it was hot. No toiletries, no coffee machine, as usual in Portugal for a so called 4 * hotels.
Staff pleasant. Horrible breakfast.

Very nice modern hotel with all the facilities one could want. The location is good, on a quiet street just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, and there's free parking under the hotel. There are a couple of good cafes across the road and the hotel's restaurant is very good.

One minor gripe - not having free wi-fi in the rooms. It's reliable and free in the common area near the bar but a paid voucher is required to have access in the room.

Stayed with colleagues for some business meetings. Helpful staff, comfortable room, good facilities. The bar and restaurant were very nice indeed with good food. Nothing too fancy just good simple food. I liked the Dona Ines. It is pretty well placed for the city centre too. A 10 minute walk.

Room Tip: all rooms seem to be pretty good. This is a quiet part of town
