“A must when in Cascais”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

Loved, loved this park! I tried to run through during my morning run, but it wasn't open yet. Had to come back later, after I heard the roosters. Lovely park to walk, kick the football around. There is a playground for little ones, and lots of ducks, peacocks and roosters walking around. Lots of shaded areas, and picnic tables near the entrance by Ave. Rei Humberto II de Italia.

“Lovely park”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 July 2014

A lovely park where you can take your children but can also sit under a tree and read a book peacefully or just contemplate the lovely scenery. It has peacocks wondering around freely as well as ducks and chicken. A small market selling local biological products (all duely certified) takes place every Saturday morning.

“Peaceful place to read with lots of shade”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 July 2014 via mobile

If you're looking for somewhere to sit and read this is a really lovely park with plenty of seating areas. It's well maintained with plenty of shade and sunny areas and seems to be popular with all age groups. The peacocks and chickens are always interesting to watch, we particularly enjoyed seeing the baby peacocks.
There's also a cafe in the park for cold drinks or ice creams. Seems to be very popular with locals at the weekend.

“Beautiful park that brings a touch of wildness to the town!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

Lovely, secluded areas and a great mixture of cared for spaces and wild areas. The kids love playing there and the playground is pretty good! It just has a relaxing atmosphere!
Enjoy it!!

“Serene little park near the marina”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 June 2014

This park was located on our walk to Boca do Inferno along the coastline near the marina. After getting off the train from Lisbon, walk southwest through Old Town Cascais towards the beach and you will find this hidden gem. This is the perfect place to take a breather on a hot summer day and enjoy a cold ice cream from one of the street-side vendors. Lined by giant trees providing shade and cute creatures meandering around, it's a property you don't want to miss and is at least worth a quick pass through, even if only for a little escape from the scorching sun during the summer.
