We were looking for an early evening meal, about 6pm and wandered around the marina. This was the only restaurant ready to serve customers. The name at first put us off and is turned out to be far more upmarket than being called 'The Pirate' would imply. We looked at the menu in the window and a very friendly waitress offered us both a menu to look at without being pushy. We sat outside overlooking the port and the staff adjusted the blinds to keep the sun from our eyes. They talked knowledgeably about the menu and we both chose fish dishes. I had the spaghetti with clams and prawns. As usual in Portugal it was a huge portion but with plenty of sea food and very well cooked. Within minutes of us sitting to eat the terrace was almost full but this did not detract from the excellent service. A surprising and very enjoyable find which we will definitely use again.
