We were expecting much more from this restaurant and thought it would be the highlight of our trip. It wasn't.

Although all of our main courses were tasty, there wasn't a great range to choose from. Similarly, there were few starters, all except the soups were almost the same price as main courses.

I would recommend this restaurant if you want to try one of their excellent dishes. If you require a more extensive menu or more reasonable priced starters then this isn't the place for you.

Is after a week of Portuguese dining you are a little tired of the grilled fish this is the place to visit. They offer great dishes with a French twist and good pasta too. Service is excellent, one of the best places we ate during our two week stay.

We stayed in hotel saboia for 8 nights at monte estoril. This charming little village actually has not more than maybe 5 places to eat. Mut it didnt matter, coz we found our favourite. This restaurant is nice small cozy place to eat, staff is very nice and helpfull. Food was really tastefull. 2 people ate like 50€, including soaps for starters, maincourses and deserts, drinks and coffees. So the price wasnt that bad either. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Stayed at a nearby hotel and decided to visit this restaurant after reviewing trip advisor ratings. No
diner could leave disappointed from this little gem of a restaurant. The quality of the food for the price is exceptional. My colleague and I enjoyed a fantastic meal to include scallops for an appetizer, one duck entree and one risotto entrée. We both indulged in the house wine and a dessert each as well. The restaurant offers great value, service and quality and I will be sure to seek it out again for my next visit to the area.

This place is a treasure. The ingredients are of the highest quality and cooked imaginatively, with flair, and most of all, extremely well. Together with a superb but reasonably priced wine list it made me realise what I miss back home. The service is attentive without being intrusive and the atmosphere welcoming. We couldn't beat this in Lisbon, Estoril or Cascais, even by paying more. It's a little hidden up the hill behind the garden, the Eden where we were staying and the Saboia near to Ray's Bar. Seek it out, but be early. It was usually full just after eight and that was at Easter time. Whether it's sea-food or meat that's your preference, you won't be disappointed. Oh, the desserts are superb as well!
