The place is not very well located. You have to be aware that you are quite far from the train station (Estoril or Monte Estoril) ~ 15 min walk uphill.
Same for the beach.
From the outside, the place looks new and great. The inside is also allright although I was surprised to find tiles on the floor of the bedroom. Also the window was not very soundproof.
I found the guy at the reception not very helpful as we had to switch room from another hotel. We got there at noon and wanted to drop our luggage in the room (without using any facility). The guy did not want to as the checkin time was at 2pm. He could have been more accomodating to us as we were transferred there by another hotel.
So overall a good place to stay if you don't intend to take the train or go too often to the beach, or if you are too old to walk up the hill. The Saboia hotel or the Eden hotel are much better located for the beach or for the train station.More
