Been back and yes it is a bar but service is friendly and the drinks of average price.
I tend to go there when there us football on TV

Didn't order food however what we saw was average at best... Drinks menu was standard... Poor wine and over cold fizzy beer meant I ended on canned Guinness (not first choice)... Was good to watch the football but yeah nothing to writ home about... Service was a tad off

Very nice people and athmosphere.
However I didn't like the food so much. Tapas are not really tapas and cost 8€ for 8 small pieces of grilled sandwich bread with something on top...

Friendly staff, fast service. A bar menu with light dishes such as salads, sandwiches and toasts. A nice place for a snack and something to drink. Not a place for your romantic dinner, but a nice bar is Estoril with a British touch.

A small but very well run bar which is a favourite port of call to end the night or to sit watching the world go by in the afternoon.
