Arrived about 9.30 met with pleasant owner. Found it very difficult getting wheelchair into tiny lift to fifth floor. After two days second lift didn't work all week. The bedroom was an alcove where my daughter slept. Myself and partner used sofa bed. Nowhere near the beach. At least a mile away. Had small kitchen area hidden behind a totally useless wooden structure. Shower kept running cold /hot. We just had to make most of it. Noisy at night with bin lorries dogs barking. Owner offered to take us to get milk which was nice of her. We were allowed to stay couple hours after check out time but no longer as someone else due next day. So we had to wait in cafe down road with suitcases daughter in wheelchair etc. Would only recommend if you are fit or hired a car to get up from seafront.
