I like to experiment with small restaurants with few feedbacks on tripadvisor, but this experience was bad.

We ordered oysters which were OK and a crab, because the waiter told us they specialized in shells. Crab was already boiled and was served cold. And it was just a boiled cold crab – wasn’t tasty at all The same thing with oysters – no any souse or something…

The final price was about 100 euro with a bottle of basic vino verde, the same money we spend a day before in IBO restaurant but there we really had a delicious dinner with 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, cocktails and a bottle of wine… To summarize: in my opinion there is no any sense to go to Nunes Real Marisqueira while there are so many other really good places in Lisboa.

We have tried 2 types of oysters, 3 other types of shellfish; we chose a dish of fish head done in no frills seafood cooking (served with veggis)
The restaurant is specialized in seafood. The waiter gave us clear explanations about some seafood we had never tried, and his recommendations helped us choose the freshest and 'exotic' shellfish - the treasures the waters of Portugal provide, we believe.

Good ambiance in the restaurant, and staff was friendly and professional.

Be prepared to pay higher than many restaurants in Belem or other areas of Lisbon. But the overall experience was worth the price.

One of the very best seafood restaurants in Lisboa!
Amazing and fresh seafood. Try the bruxas, the percebes and the giant grilled prawns. Finish with a prego or a beautiful fresh fish.
Amazing! Sooo god!

Worth a trip if you love shell fish, they have a HUGE selection. No just the usual king prawns etc. It is a little pricey but the food was lovely.
