A small, cosy and intimate restaurant that gives friendly service and fantastic food at a price that won't break the bank. It opens at 7-ish and it is worth getting there early to ensure you get a table- as there are only about eight! The owner is very friendly and will advise on food and wine choices. We asked him to recommend a wine and he recommended one at €9 - which was one of the cheapest on the menu. It was wonderful - and tasted like a far more expensive wine. It was so nice not to be 'ripped' off! The food was excellent, fresh, delicious and nicely presented - can definitely recommend the fish kebabs.
Although the restaurant filled up quickly and people were continually coming in to ask for a table, we did not feel rushed to leave. It was definitely our best and most memorable meal during our trip to Lisbon. The only drawback is that it does not open on Mondays.
